You keep trying to squeeze money out of players at the expense of player enjoyment. Not realizing that as player enjoyment drops, so does player involvement. As involvement drops, so does player spending. You keep losing money in your attempts to gain, because whoever is making the finantial decisions at Scopely is borderline braindead. You can't figure out that skyrocketing player enjoyment is the only thing that will skyrocket revenue.

i played this game for about 10 years, through 4 different phones. now i can't get into the game and i can't contact Netmarble. e-mails to the only address i can find only get me form responses sending me to a website with no contact information and no way to report this difficulty. trying to get into the game only gets me an error message. i might just have to uninstall the game.

I've put over 10 years and a lot of money in this game, but I can't justify the level of pay it takes to stay relevant vs. the cost of staying relevant for all the years prior. The greed is genuinely next level. I've put thousands of dollars in this game over the years, but they will not be getting a penny from me again. It's one thing to trap meta characters behind paywall costumes sometimes. It's another when it becomes the norm and the price goes up.

Very bad p2w system. if you put something on character the game will force you to either spend crystals which is equivalent to a real money or risk losing the thing you had equipped. also game has a very bad pvp almost every player you face has an endgame account with everything to the max. avoid at all cost if you plan to play this pure f2p.

ive been playing this game for 5 years and this is the most fun mobile game I've played since it doesnt have ads and its a rpg and its a marvel game with details facts and height about characters and even better theres comic characters this game is a true diamond also not to mention its incredibly easy to farm since I have knull,gorr,mephisto,phoenix,thanos and many other strong characters but if your f2p then its just a tiny bit harder to grind I have a f2p acc (alt) and I have a p2w acc (main)

I've been playing this game for about 7 years now, but after recent updates the game is choppy and it loads everytime I goto store even after downloading all the resources and have the graphics and all other settings set to max. I'm very disappointed this time which makes me not want to even play the game anymore.

Honestly, love this game. Super grindy but the events they've ran this year makes it feel like they actually listen to you. Incentivized me to actually pay a bit a couple of times so I could unlock Madelyne Pryor. It takes a WHILE to T4 a char for sure - esp when you get max 165 Souls of the Faltine a day from GBR - but there's a lot of chars to experiment. I feel that seasonals are way too expensive though, and GBR needs a bad rework (too many ppl disconnect without warning). Love the game tho

Predatory design and anti-consumer practices. Has more items you can buy for real money than in-game currency. No periodic content overhaul. Missing key (much needed) QoL fixes in main contents(sweep feature). You crawl in progress unless you spend EVERY SINGLE MONTH. So many systems that it's overwhelming. Performance bugs persist since months but anything that might look like a strategy is termed as bugs and fixed in days. Treat it as a barbie collection. Avoid unless you're a die-hard fan.

A complete hackjob of a "game". All you do is manage inventory and The most important mode called "Giant Boss Raid" is such a buggy mess that it's genuinely unplayable most of the time. A waste of effort, filled with glitchy servers in most important game areas. and odds of getting something good or hitting a gear upgrade are so stacked against you that even paying for packs isn't worth it. What a whack. Pay to Win and grindy but it's manageable. But Glitchy servers are the Worst part about it.

I really lovw this game, i soon i started tje game i got in too it right away. I like the character design and also the uniforms, very good game indeed. The only thing that would make it even greater is if the developers added an offline mode. Similar to Pokemon Unite. Where you can play only battles, like story mode, as well you cannot upgrade or buy characters. but none of that transfers when you play online. That would make the game a bit bettter. I will recommend this game to anyone.

i have detected the problem is in the story mode, while playing it, the loading time between scene increase can go up to 8 sec every loading from 1-1 to 13-3..if i didnt restart the game and continue to autoplay epic quest or dimension mission, the loading time between scene can go up more than 20 sec..can you fix this? i just remember that autoplay dispatch mission also make the loading time between scene increase like that if i let it autoplay more than 10 rounds..please fix this..
