Very addictive. There's lots to do and always another thing to work on. Storyline is interesting and worked into the gameplay very well.

Very good game. Yes. One big problem. There are times when I cannot sell to a merchant with no explanation. I don't know if they are just too stocked with an item or the game is bugged. Regardless, I think this game need a hint or tips section to touch on functions or mechanics of the game.

amazing game! there's a lot of depth and fun to be had here. the devs seem pretty responsive to bugs following this release too. one issue I've been having on mobile is that after trying to trade it doesn't go through, specifically having this problem with one town and selling wood to them with a lot of gold left for them but it isn't selling after clicking accept trade. beyond that, hardly and qualms, worth the buy.

Love this game so far, it has a very addictive gameplay loop. One big complaint though: PLEASE change the 'delete save' menu. It's too close to where you select the game slot, and if you mis-press and select 'delete save', the pop up is visually identical to the 'play gameslot' pop up. Please move the delete slot button further away and make the delete pop up bright red or something. Consequently, I lost my 10 hour play through... :(

The concept and art are good, but the game is rough around the edges. The writing is simplistic at best and feels machine translated. Some mechanics feel weird and going against the basic goals of a trading game. You can't dump cargo to free up space. You can only buy and sell a few select things at every port, they simply won't buy other things you might have, regardless of price. Overall the game felt a bit opaque in its design and didn't always make sense.

Fun game, but buggy and awkward port to Android. - There's an error on the first time you launch the app regarding linking your Google account. - It's difficult to distinguish what the resource icons are. they're too low-res to distinguish what they are supposed to be. - There's lots of "mouse hover" effects that have been replaced with "press & hold" effects for Android, which isn't a natural mobile user-experience. - My progress on the wealth goal keeps resetting? No idea why.

Very enjoyable game, pretty easy to pick up and play for a short or long time. The mansion was hard to build because of my fat fingers - but cool concept. Would love to see some additional expansion to what all you can sell (maybe a in game license from a guild). Probably better priced at $5, but still reasonable.

The game will not launch. It gives an error, "MERCHANT OF THE SKIES HAS NOT COMPLETED THE GOOGLE VERIFICATION PROCESS" and I'm unable to play the game. Google says this doesn't fall within their refund guidelines & to contact the developer, who has not bothered to respond. Buy at your own risk.

I just finished the botanical garden. It took me about a week to finish since I work full time. I feel like for the price it is a bit lacking in terms of content. It is a fun game don't get me wrong! But I could see myself finishing this on a weekend without trying. A price tag of around 5 USD sounds more fair. Wait for sale or purchase Star Trader Frontiers :) It's a tad challenging at first but becomes easier as you progress. Overall a good buy, but definitely needs more content to justify it

Loved this. A lovely story through the game, but definitely replayable. Not always very obvious what needed done but that's OK as it had me exploring. Lots of elements, and some that remind me of my favourite childhood film (laputa).

Some ideas: - More story, maybe focusing on Nea's new shipwright business, or other elements from the epilogue. - Visual changes to islands when trade posts grow. - More ships! -Visual customization of ships - Caravan management UI improvements. - More to do on settled islands. Inn minigames, perhaps? - More structure types on owned islands. Maybe residential and commerical? Decent merchant/trading game overall, which is surprisingly rare these days.

Cute game

The crashing issue is fixed, its running pretty smoothly now. Its a nice trading game with some quirky characters. I enjoy the route automation and economy building. Quick turnaround on a fix when the game was crashing for me.

The game idea seems to be interesting, but it is my feeling that the UI needs some work, particularly for a game under the "premium" and paid category. Just a few of the many things I've found, how you buy and sell things is not intuitive and the buttons are tiny, the upgrade screen asks you to confirm you are making that choice before you can even read a description, the text is so tiny it's often hard to read it unreadable.. and more that I don't have the characters to share.

Absolutely lovely little phone game! Excellently designed and executed in terms of idea and flow of gameplay, and was absolutely worth the $8 I paid for it. There's a lot of micro-transaction driven slop on the app store, and it's genuinely so heartening to see people put love and effort into making such a solid little game.

I’m extremely disappointed

Game is super fun! But current save bug exists

I saw another review that talked about a game save being lost. I just wanted to share my experience that I played a few hours today and tbh I was a bit lost on what to do but still found my way. Turns out, the game never triggered me talking to anyone but the first guy. I didn’t even have the main quest on my screen the whole first session I played. I imagine, like you said in another post, that the tutorial flag never turned off. So I don’t think it has anything to do with the connection to icloud, I think it’s because of that issue of the main story never progressing forward after talking to the first character in the beginning.

I really love this game! It took a little while for me to get the hang of it -- it starts out hard and gets easier -- but I got completely hooked and finished it in one night. 😁 Super satisfying when you start to figure it out. I encountered one serious bug right at the very end on my S20 where the scroll didn't reset to the right position, and I had to google it so I could finish, but other than that it worked perfectly, zero issues. I'd love to see it expanded, maybe a New Game+ mode?

I love the game, I saw it in a YouTube video and I bought it. Base from the video I can use a controller into it but when I connect my controller to my phone it works but the problem is that there's no indicator of what button should I use so it's confusing to use a controller. I hope this problem will be fix because I love playing my games with a controller.

Needs More Polish

Very fun game, definitely something to spend a day on, but very short and a little unfocused. Devs seem to be actively working on it. I would definitely say some features seem a little undercooked. This game would benefit from a greater focus on the economy and trade systems, and scrapping some of the leveling systems. The knowledge system seemed kind of pointless. Lots of ship types with little difference except storage capacity. Didn’t see a point in buying the mid level ships since money is fairly simple to come by. Really glad there are no microtransactions. Tons of potential, just needs more depth.

Cozy fun

I never played the PC version, but the mobile version is such an enjoyable experience. Sound and visuals are pleasant. Mechanics are tight. There’s an air of “I have no idea what I’m doing”, but it’s not a negative. It feels like you’re gifted a world to explore and trade in, figuring out your own way. Cozy. That’s the best way to explain it.

Unpolished, needs serious work

There is basically no tutorial, and the UI is awful even in the beginning trying to figure out what to do. 60 minutes in and finally in a groove, pause to eat dinner, only to reopen the app and be back at the tutorial. All progress lost, apparently there’s no autosave. Do not recommend.
