Merge Mansion: Puzzles & Story

It's mostly fun, the Hopewell Bay challenge is messed up. Started a race but my ship didn't move. Have tried several times.

One major problem is that some items, such as bubbles, require gems to use. If you accidentally tap the gem option, your gems are spent immediately without any confirmation. A few days ago, I accidentally tapped the button and lost more than 300 gems. The game also used to offer reward videos that gave players points for watching them, but those videos are no longer. it's almost impossible to reach the final reward in the Daily Scoop or evidance room. gameplay has become repetitive & monotonous

This game Can be frustrating at times, especially when you need lots of 1 item and you have to use over 200 power to get them. And some items are so random like screws and gloves, you are constantly pressing the spawner hoping that the next item is what you need, and then you run out of power and have to wait for the recharge. Auto merge should be defaulted to off allowing you to switch it on. I lost high up items that merged which I needed and had to start collecting again, but its nice to play

Good game for passing time, addictive to play no ads for disturbing players if the energy reload early the game will playen more and more for devolopers i want to say add some rewarding ads for player to watch it would be good for both developers and player to get rewards

I play this game for quite some time now & I love it but recent changes are so annoying that makes playtime so limited and little. Before, when energy was over the player can watch ads and play more. Also when breaking bubble by watching ad allow the player to get item free... and many more things... NOW ALL THAT IS GONE...

The app is addicting. And despite how much time and actual money you put into the game, customer service is no help when glitches happen. When the game glitches, sometimes it doesn't give you the coins or gems it shows you are owed. Customer service will not help you or give back what was taken. They simply give you lip service then end the conversation.. I understand that bugs happen, but the company should honor what they advertise, especially when you are paying money.

so it is very involved I like the game except for the fact that I have to spend quite a bit of money I believe I've easily spent over $200 and I'm only on level 28 what are the most frustrating parts for me is when I click on my gems to get the lightning bolt on the thing I need I feel like you're paying for the gems and they all the thing only give you two items at a time not all of them are like that I'm playing because I don't have money and here I'm having to spend over $200 to finish

Been great so far but you're only able to play for 15-20 mins max every few hours. Some items take 3-4 weeks to make and that's with spending a lot of money on bonus packs. Right now, I have to make vases, wait for them to produce seeds, then get enough seeds to make one plant, then wait for that plant to produce enough leaves to make water bottles to make a ship (took a month) only to have to do this process 50 times in a row to get a coffin looking makeup box and it's only worth 11 exp.

I spent approximately 1 year playing this game, while I've made significant progress in that time, progress was still so slow, the game was taking up too much of my time and that's when I knew I had to quit. At least in those days, the ads were truer to the game, but now, several years later the ads show so many scenes I aren't in the game, I have no choice but to give 3 stars.

Great fun. It's not just a merge game where you merge just to merge, but has a mystery that is slowly getting solved. But there are far too many 'events', and they are all the same ones that keep on coming round with no break--cake making, bird watching, topiary, fishing etc. I no longer play them, and nor do my friends who also play this game.

I just downloaded a couple of days ago. the frustration of waiting on the producers/ generators timers 😠 and the difficulty of getting things like gloves and screws, makes purchasing passes pointless because you waste all of your energy clogging up the board with items you don't need trying to get a pair of gloves. a purchase is a waste. also should be able to pop the bubbles instead of waiting or spending to get item.

I wanted to like this, but the generators just do not give enough items per charge. You can play for about three minutes before you have to wait 20-30 for the generators to recharge. Just not worth the effort when there are so many other merge games to choose from.

I'd love to rate it higher, but I can't due to the fact that it just stopped being playable. Every time I try to open the game it can't even get past the LOADING SCREEN before it crashes and kicks me out to my home screen.

Great game, though could use a few changes. I like the auto merge, it is great but would be better if it was an option that you could have on or off at all times, like the energy cost for item dropers. I enjoy the extra boost that you sometimes get when completing task like the item droppers not needing to recharge for a time, but they would be better if they didn't automatically start and you could choose when to use them as sometime they get wasted due to lack of energy.

It gets kind of boring the longer you play it, and the board is too small! What's really miserable is that the tasks require rare items which you obtain from the generators, and those generators only give you a few items before requiring a long rest. The energy is expensive too.

I liked the game, but one thing made it hard for me to enjoy it fully. There were some orders to complete and I had to wait for the producer to recharge. Each charge produced too few items, and I found that I had to wait a bit too long.

This game used to be great! Every update makes it worse. the daily challenges are now impossible without spending gems and the prize boxes are less and less generous. I have been faithfully playing (and spending money to do so) but so the game feels so greedy, I won't purchase the next season pass or any other packages

Fun game however, we should be able to access our storage from not only the main board but also when doing events (on a different board) and when doing other sections like Ignatius, Lindsey, Casie and Skatie, etc. It's our earned items yet can only use them on the main board. Otherwise this game is awesome. Definitely a go to first. Update July 7 '26: WAAAAY too many updates and moving things around. It's affecting the enjoyment of the game.

this used to be my favourite comfort game I played for years, now it's a complete money racket, I used to buy the pass every month (only game I ever spent money on) the rewards were worth it and now they're useless. the secret supply game was great it made things easier to get to the top of pass rewards, then they took that away too, the crystal collection side game was great you could win 1000 gems so of course they took that away too, im so annoyed i would play for hours a day when I was sick

I used to love this game, but they have made changes that make me less interested. Such as giving you "blank" cards to pick, they used to only allow cards you didn't have. now they only do it for cards you do have. it's a waste of diamonds. Don't bother.

love this game, so addictive! but over last few months there have been many glitches. just coming close to a cut off & I've hit a target, only got it to reset. and while it's good that my power also resets, sometimes it's too close to the deadline for me to be able to get back to the target and I miss out. it's happened quite a few times, so frustrating!!

Genuinely asking, is this game new? I downloaded it about 45 minutes ago & Im already getting maintaince pop ups & its not letting me play.
