About
The tide is out. Grab your sifter. Miles' Mudlark is the treasure-hunting game where everything you find is real. Dig the muddy foreshore of the Thames — then travel to the Seine, the New England coast, the Nile, the Ganges, the Andes, and the rivers of Mesopotamia — and uncover 140 genuine historical artifacts, from Roman coins and pilgrim badges to scarabs, cuneiform tablets, and Inca gold. EVERY FIND IS REAL • 140 authentic artifacts, each with a real written history • Museum photographs of star finds, courtesy of The Met's open-access collection — with links to the real objects • Layers of history under your feet: recent finds near the surface, ancient treasures deep in the clay MEET THE APPRAISER Every discovery gets the full appraisal treatment: identification, the story of the people who might have owned it, a condition grade — and then the moment of truth: "So… what's it worth?" Sell your finds for coins, or keep them for your museum. DIG CAREFULLY The shovel digs deep, but it's blunt. Strike a buried artifact and you'll get one warning — keep hammering and you'll crack it, or shatter it entirely. Real treasure demands a gentle brush. BUILD YOUR KIT, EARN YOUR WAY Start with a humble sifter. Prove yourself at dig sites around the world to earn the brush, the shovel, and the metal detector. TRADE WITH TREASURE HUNTERS Every site has its own market of collectors who buy, sell, and swap. COME BACK EVERY DAY Daily Golden Tides with richer finds and better prices, 13 achievements, and a museum that only a true Master Mudlark will ever complete. Pay once, own everything. No ads, no in-app purchases, no accounts, no data collection. Just you, the tide, and four thousand years of lost things.
