Minimum bets are 200mil. Cant play much unless you pay to play. Not even on high roller. Used to be able to bet 20,000 now nothing less than 200mil. Not fun anymore.

I've used myVEGAS for years, and watching this app decline has been frustrating. It started with limiting how much reward currency players could earn, then came higher betting requirements, inflated chip values, and rewards that no longer feel worth the time investment. What used to be a rewarding app now feels like an endless grind. The biggest problem is that every major change seems designed to make players work harder for less. Chips feel less valuable than they used to, many games require much higher bets than they once did, and the rewards system no longer offers the value that originally made the app stand out. Years ago, what are now considered low bets were normal maximum or medium bets. Today, everything feels scaled up while the actual player value feels scaled down. myVEGAS used to be a rewards app with slot games. Now it feels like a slot game with a rewards system attached as an afterthought. Unless PLAYSTUDIOS starts focusing on player value again, I wouldn't recommend investing time in this app.

So sad that the new update has essentially stopped me from using the app. It feels like inflation is impacting every aspect of life, even my silly little fake gambling apps. The billions of coins I’ve collected over the years essentially mean nothing anymore when I’m forced to pay 100 million per spin. What is the point of playing anymore, I won’t be returning to this app until this is corrected.

I’ve played this game for 10 plus years. But honestly I don’t know what happened. The update. I remember I could keep playing for a while. 20 mil was the bet. Then you know you could bet higher okay. Now it’s 100 mil or higher but you don’t get much anymore. I lost all the money during 3 spins. I know what’s happening. But I don’t remember it being this bad. This is the way of paying to continue to play. I get that. I feel like for something I used to come back to and just hear the sounds and the winnings sounds are not the same. I don’t know how else to explain it. I remember it used to be a map and there was 3 stars next to each level. You had goals. New York New York slot. Excalibur slot (that was still there the last time I played) omg and hearing the dolphins for the Mirage slot? I get it things get updated and need new graphics to catch attention. I have 900 thousand in loyalty points so close to a mil ! But I don’t know anymore.

Don’t know if it’s a glitch but all of a sudden the minimum bet that used to be $7.5 million, is now $100 million!! I’d run out of coins too quickly.🥺 I used to bet $20 million. It’s almost as if they’re forcing you to make purchases. Too bad.

All my chips were devalued 200x overnight, minimum bet is 100 million when it used to be 500,000. Previously I never made a single bet over 5 million, but now I have to bet at 100 million and my chip count didn’t increase 200x to compensate the new normal. So in 10 spins I lost 1 billion chips. I’m done with this game.

I’ve been using this game app for the better part of 5 years now. They typically have great perks and benefits and loooovvveee to use them in Vegas, when visiting. As the time passes, this game has been through plenty of updates that seemed fine. This new one completely takes away your choice as far as your lowest bet, for every, single, game. From what I’ve gathered, the lowest bet can decrease based on your total amount of playing chips. At some point, I had acquired I want to say around 40 billion and maintained by balance give or take between 10, 20, -30 billion. When this update began, the lowest best it allowed for me was $1 billion per bet and the button to lower my bet was greyed out. This all occurred mid weekly campaign by the way. Typically I don’t spend money for in game purchases at all. But I found myself running out of playing chips extremely fast with a 1 billion bet minimum. I purchased a bundle package and had gotten back up to 40 billion playing chips again. But again that was quickly diminished with the huge betting standard. Sad to say with this update, I will be deleting the game. Definitely a big bummer, but it completely made me mad and I will not be continuing to play. I will use my rewards as much I can but I no longer see the value in this game: change it back or I’ll delete it forever!

Before I used to be able to leave the app open and spinning for an hour. Now I can only spin for MAYBE 5 mins before I hit zero. When they first introduced the change, 1 spin would fill up a full bar for the reward points. Now, they introduced another change where one spin barely moves it up. Scummy.

This game is designed to suck as much money from you as possible. The slots returns are literally worse than actual slots, so not only are you having less fun, you are paying money for no reason because they give daily bonuses that last maybe 2 spins at the minimum. No point in this app in 2026

I’ve been playing this game for over 10 years now, I’ve never had a problem with it until now. The slot machines used to get out more chips, and I believe the least you could play was 10,000 chips, well now that bar has raised 250 million, and it’s almost impossible to get loyalty points now. I mean, sure you get about 300 million points every time you log into the game, but you lose them as soon as you play. And you can also buy chips, but it’s not enough to hit the average daily loyalty point mark. I guess I’m just asking the developers if they can lower the minimum chips to play, or make the payloads bigger and easier to win because this is just ridiculous.

I’ve been a loyal player for a long time, but the recent experience has been incredibly frustrating. I recently didn't receive bonus chips that were supposed to be credited to my account, and on top of that, I'm still dealing with continuous issues where bonuses just keep loading and failing. When I reached out about these ongoing bugs and missing rewards, the compensation offered didn't make up for the time and chips lost. Given the inconvenience, I expect management to properly review my account history, fix these persistent loading failures, and make it right with a proper credit. Please escalate this to a manager who can actually resolve player account issues.

I loved using this app to supplement my trips to Vegas or cruising. It was a lot of fun. But they put out an update around July 18th, 2026 that ruined the game. Now you have to bet 100 million per bet This meant that the 20 billion I had accrued was gone in a day or two. Now I get to live off the daily 1 to 2 billion that lasts all of two minutes. Makes it hard to justify keeping it on my phone. It all looks like a way to force you to spend money. In the past I would give a few bucks here and there. Now I won’t give them a penny. Way to ruin it

15-YEAR VETERAN PLAYER AND I AM DONE. The August 2026 LP nerf is an absolute slap in the face to your most loyal community. I just spun 1,000 times betting between 2M and 9M chips, and my progress bar barely crawled forward. It used to take 12 spins to collect what now takes hours of mindless grinding. You ruined the math, destroyed the loyalty program, and locked our hard-earned rewards behind predatory paywalls. Change it back or watch your player base completely vanish.

Everything got more expensive and you get way less value. Minimum bet rocketed up from 500K chips to 100M chips. 187 prompts bombard you with ads to buy chips as soon as you launch the app. Rewards are AWFUL. We used to redeem loyalty points for free stays and room upgrades. Now we get coupons for 50% off worthless merch and silly tours, AFTER you make enough purchases to obtain a high enough tier to redeem loyalty points. They work so hard to make you never want to come back, now bringing the same experience to their app!

I have loved and played the game for years. The recent changes to the minimum bets and payouts have made it significantly less fun. It used to be a fantastic way to relax and pass a few hours of time. Now, because the chip requirements are so high my balance drains instantly. I am forced to close the app after 10-15 minutes of play. Please bring back the older game balance so veteran players can actually enjoy the slots again. I’m a casual player and I don’t pay for any in app purchases. For a long time I got by with daily bonuses and just watching ads. The new rebalance makes it almost unplayable for the casual player.
