I have been watching my older brother play runescape when classic was the only version. I grew up playing runescape. Now, at 25, I still have the desire to enjoy the world of runescape (old school). newest update "fixed" BT mouse control behavior... You mean they screwed them up...suddenly mouse controls using Bluetooth mouse are all screwed up. instead of click and hold to drag view around, it's now holding the mouse wheel down and swiping which is clunky and really inconvenient. Every time I left click in bank it to withdraw it scrolls up, I can't even get anything out of bank. as if my clicking was a hot key for scrolling up. idk what they did but they need to change it back

OSRS Mobile release had been one of the most anticipated and best releases, but recently the Android app is suffering more and more neglect, obvious bugs not being addressed. The recent split screen white bars haven't been addressed in over a month. How is the price hike justified considering the development effort is visibly degraded. edit 3-->4 stars: the split screen issue has been fixed. edit2: 4-->3 stars: Unfolded version of the app still registers taps incorrectly. Very disappointing :(

now I remember why I quit playing back when this is popular on desktop. rampant bought use makes it impossible for anybody who actually wants to play the game. try to grind to earn some old pieces so that you can buy some ruins on the grand exchange. too bad because now what used to be. let's say $1,000 wine of Zarock is now devalued to under 900 gold pieces and the bots are getting worse. I played Runescape when I was 12 before the combat update, and to see it having continuous updates is awesome. The history of the game is some of the coolest history in gaming in my opinion, seriously look it up on Youtube. Jagex is one of the nicest and most responsive groups of game developers and the mobile app works very well. I get better frame rates on my Fold 3 than on my Steam Deck. been playing since I was about 11 and I am now about to be 30. old school runescape just does what it does the best. haven’t played any other MMO that comes close to feeling like your living your own separate life in a virtual world the way runescape does. will probably always end up coming back to osrs as long as it’s around.

Small Request

First off, this incredible. I’m a mobile only player and I’m on daily grinding. I love that they integrated some RuneLite plugins and features, however, what would make this flawless is to integrate raids plugins. I always feel behind during ToA with my friends and they end up doing most of the pre boss room puzzles since they have the plugins. Add these plugins so I can pick up the slack and help my friends please!

Great app and getting better every day

I first started playing Old School RuneScape on mobile when it came out, and there were definitely some pain points and a lot of friction compared to playing it on the computer. Recently came back to it once I started an Iron Man and have to say they have made a lot of improvements to the UI gameplay that make mobile a very comparable experience to PC and with new updates every day such as bank tags, ground loot and others they’re making a better and better every day.

LAG

Mobile play is plagued with lag. Doesnt matter server, population of server ect. End game content almost never works properly for mobile even months after release. I play on Iphone 17 promax, 600mps band, wifi 7 w/ mlo 6ghz-2.5ghz. There are Rare occasions when lag isnt a problem but more often than not it is.

Upgrade

We need an expanded bank view. When the chat-box is hidden away, the bank window gets taller and covers the hidden chatbox area. Only when the chat-box is opened, the bank view goes to the size it is now. Pretty much expanded bank view from Runelite ported over as well to mobile.

Portrait Mode and Plugin Hub

Please Jagex, I beg of you. Add a plugin hub similar to that of Runelite so we can play the game more equal to the full pc experience, particularly a Quest Helper! The option to play in portrait mode would also go a long way in promoting playing casually.

Frame Rates Low!!!

After the most recent update the frame rates haven’t become unplayable. Tons of similar reports on mobile forums. The game is fun when playable but currently wouldn’t recommend it to any friends who prefer mostly mobile.
