I generally like this type of merge game. The storyline on this one is terrible so far, and hampered by poor English translation. It is generally lacking and feels cheap compared to others of this ilk.

Please improve the decoration event. The event time is too short and decorations require too many points.The points earned from customer orders are too low so even players who complete many orders may not have enough points to unlock all decorations and rewards. Although event extended, but order points are missing. 🥲 Please fix this and restore the points. Increase order points, reduce decoration costs and extend the event time so players can unlock all decorations within the given time🥲❤

The game is fun but ads aren't yielding rewards. Frustrating. The ads appear but keep cycling from one ad to another without granting the promised reward. I can't get any rewards associated with ads.

If we want to collect the money in one of the little extra games, stop asking us we do every single time we tap the thing we get asked if we wanna collect it. Stop asking. Game started off quite well. I did not mind the constant ad watch. I picked up a problem on the ads and it's taking forever to have it resolved. I am keeping them updated on the progress on my side yet it takes more than a day for a response to me. I understand time differences but the lack of customer services is showing in the untimely responses and 3-5 day wait on compensation is insane. I have never experienced this with any other game. I do hope you sort out my problem today. it's annoying
