great storyline, beautiful artwork. music is wonderful and really sets the tone. in game audio took the less-is-more approach and nailed it. puzzles aren't terribly hard but some of them can be a bit of a challenge at first. biggest gripe is that the controls can be a bit slow to respond, but it's not enough to make the game unplayable unless you're just bad at video games. second biggest gripe is that I would like it to be longer. I beat it in a few days of playing in my free time at work.

Just finished Planet of Lana, and what an amazing experience. The beautiful art style, atmosphere, music and emotional story make this game really special. I especially loved the relationship between Lana and Mui. The puzzles are fun and challenging without becoming frustrating, and the world feels mysterious and alive. The game is a little short, but I think the pacing is perfect and there is no unnecessary filler. A beautiful, emotional and memorable adventure. Definitely worth playing!

I was enjoying the game, up until it got into a perpetual cycle of restarting at a checkpoint where the cat kept on dying. There was no way I could change it as the controls did not respond, nor did the menu button and so the only way to get out of it, was to crash the app and restart the chapter again. This has got a bit boring after at least three attempts and the same death loop happens each time.

Update to get in contact w/ Devs: There is a spot that glitches that makes progress unredeemable/broken on my first save. The level with the lift you control shortly after getting the control band: If the cat falls down after being called back from the lift. The checkpoint is broken. immediate death and cannot restart successfully. Game 1 for me is tanked 😭 Please fix that thankz..

Could be a great puzzle game. Unfortunately, the controls on a tablet without a controller are lacking. it is really hard to get the cat to do the remote actions. I find myself having to redo actions repeatedly. I gave up at the part where the cat uses light to control the caterpillar things. It will grab the creature, but your character moves instead of the cat.

I would absolutely love to give this game a 5 star. Because the graphics are so incredible. And it really is a fun game IF you can ever get past how slow the control response is. Running and jumping is almost impossible, and it gives you no time at all to do anything with these in-game puzzles. Trying to get past these things trying to kill you because the response time is so horrible.

it's a mobile port that nobody tested. Too many cutscenes in early gameplay. On-screen controls completely disappear during the most critical times leaving you guessing where to tap. The sounds and music clip throughout the game. The game crashes if you switch away while viewing something. the ending froze, too, so I got to do the final boss fight again. it's so long-winded I didn't even watch the ending. 👎👎

It’s a visual masterpiece! The graphics are good and vivid, and the fact that the game was hand-painted makes it even more special. The music and sound effects are excellent. The story and game mechanics are good. This whole audio-visual package makes me feel like I'm in a movie, not in a game. However, the controls are a little clunky, as it’s quite difficult to manage many buttons quickly, at the same time. Overall, it's totally worth the money. One of the best games I've played in a while.

Absolute joy. Atmospheric and immersive. Not super challenging but you're along for the journey, so it's perfect. Great use of sound, though a little repetitive in the fake dialogue. Great game, good visuals, good story, and great music. Some parts of the gameplay were mesmerizing. While it makes my device heat up very much like an iron box I have very much enjoyed this visual experience. Controls misbehave sometimes and replaying old chapters requires you to play that entire chapter even if you want to enjoy a specific saved part. But that's okay. Overall a wonderful game.
