I love this app and want to keep playing it but I fell asleep mid-battle last night and now the app is perpetually stuck on a "licensing check" screen (I get this app through Google play subscription) and it won't open at all anymore. I tried clearing cache, data, uninstalling and reinstalling... same issue.

This is such a refreshing game; I love it. Yes, it can be a bit of a grind sometimes, but having it in mobile format really lets you take the grind in small bites. I love being able to fill my time waiting with an actual story and not a deluge of poor marketing campaigns and scams.

It's alright. I do agree with other commenters. I know the game has been built to limit you from buying up the ingredients, so you must go to the dungeons to collect them, but it's just tedious as one map visit per day, then back to the village to cook and open the restaurant just to see the next day (Lame) Mixed salts takes up the majority of the recipes and black pepper is expensive and very limited and you can't collect it from dungeons or monsters. Quite boring really, but cute as.

I'm not sure about this game yet. I haven't gotten past the first introduction scene. Every time I close the game, it makes me redownload the "additional" download. I'll update this later and see if the mandatory download stops after I get past the tutorial. *Edit* I came back and now the game is completely unplayable?? all characters are missing from the game and replaced with giant white boxes. what the heck. the game looked really cool. too bad...

This is the sequel to Adventure Bar Story and while I didn't play it on mobile, I played it on my faithful 3ds. This being on mobile format makes it easy to pick up and put down so you can okay for 30 minute sessions at a time and while it can feel grindy at times it's nice that you're able to put it down when you're needing a break. I love this game and if you loved Adventure Bar Story you'll love this as well :)

cute, i got it in sale and it was worth the $2 i spent. it's like adventure bar but also got its own character. lots of food to make. i wish you could add more than 3 people to your party at a time tho, so many interesting potential + power combos could be used then, and also incentive to add even stronger monsters.

I haven't played much yet, so this is more first impressions. It's got cute graphics, and I like the style of the gameplay loop. Gather, craft, sell, repeat. But the crafting menu is a serious problem. It's either incomprehensible or just doesn't work right. It just randomly shows whatever recipes it feels like, whether you can craft them or not. It never shows all your ingredients. Multiple times I've gone and bought ingredients I didn't realize I already had. And more, but I'm out of room.

Very cute game and I love how simple. If you plan to buy the game then heres my tip- Dont be afraid to buy stuff at the store, especially the ingredients you may need to stock up, The game isn't as grindy as people say it is if you learn that some ingredients are better off bought at the grocery.

This is such a good game (especially with play pass because of the free gems) . It's RPG style, there's adventure, fight monsters, forage ingredients, and cook for your tavern. Leveling up is by eating which is easier and earning skills by fighting. Also played this game with ease thanks to play pass because of the 60 gems daily via menu shop and exchange for ancient currency in shop then sell the ancient currency in stores for extra cash while playing.

Art and story are very cute. But I don't care about combat. Waiting for them to get done fighting and all the random encounters are so boring. I wish you could speed up auto combat or have it automatic skip fighting.
