beamdog please allow us to use sdcard to save/import/export characters or savegame. accessing obb/data folders on most phones is prohibited now in 2025 without rooting phone. Changing rating to 5 stars. Fixed the folder and permission issues. i have a dream: Cross-platform cloud saves. start a playthrough on PC, continue it on mobile, and have progress sync back when returning to PC. beamdog devs are goated and they def need a raise.

got to the end of the beginning Dungeon, long clicked to look at an item, and got trapped on the items description. could not do anything, got softlocked. have to start over, and apparently can't look at items. broken mess.

Its not as good as the franchise titles it bridges. The game should be titled Baldur's Gate 1.5, as it gives a little more story and gameplay between the two other games. The writing is not as good as the others, the companions are in less numbers and little explored and the combat is a little more unbalanced. That said, you got to remember that measuring up to Baldur's Gate series is a tall order. Overall, it's nice, but not groundbreaking

Could be better, could be worse. All that is irrelevant when you cannot see the screen because someone on the development team thought adding an obscuring white fog would somehow enhance game-play; -1 star. Tell me, if the white fog is so great, why was it removed from Gaggle Play's screenshots? The game is procedural; -1 star.

I've played all the E.E. versions of Baldurs Gate ,including black pits, and all expansions. Better than I ever would've imagined! Love the additional content , been a fan of this game and have played atleast 20 to 30 times within the last 15-20years or so. Also, I played all of beamdogs Ports on my Galaxy phone(cheaper older versions too) and it's darn near perfect, only thing is that I wish I could maybe Bluetooth a mouse and keyboard to try out how the "controlled" scripts would feel for once

Didn't get what all the hate is for, wasn't picking up any SJW vibes but maybe I'm out of touch. Thought it was a compelling story, and nice to have a tie in between the first and second game. Only gripe would be lack of tank companions and the amount of quest items. Definitely get the bag of holding when you can. A shame more of the unique class items don't transfer to bg2.

Played it right after BG2:EE, and I have to say SoD was a huge disappointment. Laughably bad writing, story adds no value to the BG continuity, if not detracts from it. I'd take a refund if I could. 2 stars only because it works as an app, no crashes.

I played Icewind dale and Heart of winter, now Siege of Dragonspear is very good work, i see some improve of gameplay and story telling as well, but i do like more of things i can do on IWD, some spell got nerf :( and a little bit hard ( as someone who finished IWD i plying this with easy and still, i think of it has easier to level up would be cool! Good job love your work, and waiting for new releases.

Thrown missile weapons are supposed to use DEX modifiers to the attack roll, AND STRENGTH FOR THE DAMAGE ROLL. As per rules-as-written AND intended, p.13 of the 1989 Player's Handbook in 2ND edition AD&D, The list of comparatively PRACTICAL weapon choices for many builds is reduced 60-90% by excluding this. PLEASE FIX. and before Enhanced Edition, people asked that throwing weapons NOT be destroyed, when thrown, rather than bigger capacity. Are you willing to give this decades-old request??

Worth playing through for some cool battles. The story itself is mediocre but passable. What's unforgivable is the dialogue in the closing sequence. It's very much at odds with the opening dialogue for Shadows of Amn (the direct sequel to this installment, which was published two decades ago). More time invested in the narrative choices of NPCs could have salvaged this game, but sadly it just feels jarring and clunky

Love the Baldurs Gate series. Best RPG of all time( so far). Since this is a revamp in a way to connect 2 stories. You are getting a lot of this new age Social Justice, Agenda pushing in this game. So I own it. I rated 5 star because I live Beamdog. I have yet to beat game because I do not like games telling me how to behave ( although in a vague way). Why can we not just make a good game . No agenda

While it was nice to play a new story in the Baulder's Gate sega, this game by no means lives up to it's name. I am not getting into all the woke politically correct drama the developers were dealing with, I played the game for the game's sake. I was not impressed, plus the game crashes on Android everytime I tried to view the map. The story was dull, the NPCs were less realistic than BG1 or BG2, it did not add anything to the original stories; it's bad.
