Solar 2 is an open-world, sandbox game set in an infinite abstract universe. Play constructively: grow your system, nurture life on your planets and attack enemy life in huge space battles. Play destructively: crash into other objects and cause chaos, use your orbiting objects like wrecking balls, steal planets from other systems.

The game is fun but it is frustrating that the physics are inconsistent. Capturing is inconsistent. Very difficult start to the game and gets easier as you progress. Normally games begins easy and become more challenging. Maybe it’s just playing in IOS.

First off the missions are so hard to even become a black hole. It’s insanely hard. Do not buy this game unless you wanna waste your money.

c- The virtual controls on iphone are terrible. Would be much better with a virtual D pad. The game physics are so so. Hard to tell since controls are bad. Also, objective and how that's carried out isn't that great. Needs work!

So I completed the last boss mission thingamajigy and after beating it, I could not see the stats of anything I tap no matter if I switch into another system, re-enter the game, NOTHING works.

Simple kind of game, and it came to my mind as of recently and tried to see if it was still around. Happy to see it still is! I would play this game for hours. So insanely well done, simple, and I love it for that. Highly recommended to play!

YES!!!! I used to play this back on my Xbox 360 and really loved it. I also had it on an old iPad years later and would still play it from time to time. Now that it’s been updated for iPhone and the newer iOS I can still enjoy it now. This game is a great kind of zone out and chill game. I love it. Thank you so much for the update!!!!!

Pleas make the back round more Diverse and Different and make it Good so it Doesn’t break the Device lag And make full moons not just asteroid moons and a ring system sometimes And finally add more stars and planets With each one being like dark matter in Chance of spawning in Like a Urainium Asteroid Or a Negitive Mass star Which repeles Planets and other stuff

Why can’t i use instant spawn mode? I mean, bluetooth keyboards exist. We can use it with virtual control gamepad mode, but just why not?

This game is fantastic, but there are a few features that I would like to see implemented. The first is more realistic physics; the physics engine is pretty good, but planets magically fall into perfectly round orbits, the only moons a planet can have are asteroids, which too magically fall into perfectly round orbits, the player's velocity slows down dramatically when away from the controls (for some reason), stars can't come from large planets, galaxies don't and can't exist, along with other weird, unrealistic phenomena found frequently in the game. Despite my criticisms, this is by far the best space-related game out there; good idea, good execution, it's near perfect. It appears however that the developer(s) working on this game have ceased to carry this game any further, which is a shame, because this game could gain a lot of recognition (good for you) and the game will have heaps of added features (good for us).

ios 9 compatibility is now in the game, sorry that I didn't change the review for so long. I reccomend this game for sure as it has fun gameplay, an interesting mission system, great achievements, a saving system, and great graphics. Thank you again for making Solar 2 ios 9 compatible!

This game was really good when I first got it but when I updated it to IOS 9 it kept returning me to my home screen after I entered it immediately. Can you please fix it in the next update because I love this game and I HATE CRASHING!!!

All this game does is crash, I've only been able to play the game on 4 occasions for no more than 10 min, while I've tried dozens of times. Nothing, but a headache. Don't bother with this one.

Have this game on Steam. Now I am so glad I can take it to go on my iPad. The universe is totally dynamic and open. You can respawn from any save, so making mistakes won't frustrate you.

Ok, overall this is a fun, out of the box, interesting game. I feel that it should be a little easier to gain mass once you reach star level, as it can get frustrating. My one major problem with the game is that it crashes, it takes me several attempts to open the game and it crashes whenever I try to open the menu, which makes the "save system" feature impossible. This will probably be fixed in a future update so I'm not too worried about it. Overall I would definitely recommend this game, but the crashing issue definitely needs to be fixed

This is a full port of the Xbox live arcade indie game of the same name. One of my favorite indie games that I can now enjoy without the need for an Internet connection, unlike the XBLA version.
