Nostalgic Perfection

This game is undoubtedly the best Star Wars RPG I have ever played. I’ve come back to it again and again and again over years. The gameplay, atmosphere, and most importantly the story is central to this game. Is it perfect? No, especially the mechanics of the game it’s a little dated, but being a game of its day and age I can’t take points off for that. 5/5 stars. 100% worth the time and effort that you put into this game.

DATA NOT SECURE!

Developer: Is there a way to skip levels or can you provide cheat codes? THIS GAME'S PROGRESS (both quick saves and auto saves) IS NOW LOST. There is no ------- way starting over for third time! Likely INEPT Apple f-g--ts DELETED the data unprovoked due to their faulty iOS software as the incompetent DEI freaks have done ad nauseam with other apps... with no warning, no explanation, no accountability!) OR both that company and Apple will suffer severe sustained brand damage. ----- Does this game not work right on iOS 11 and above? It is available for 12, runs, but there's no pause and no save! Nor does it see iCloud game data. That wasn't the case on iOS 10. It seems unplayable despite looking fine.

Do NOT purchase POORLY OPTIMIZED

Poorly optimized for M series phones and iPads, developer has not updated the game in a significant amount of time. Game consistently freezes after enemy encounters and this is a well known bug. The fix is to load a save file but on a game that requires 30 hours or so to beat, this is not something I want to deal with presumably hundreds of times.

Please fix this annoying bug.

This game is so bugged out that when I try to go through the vulkar base I end up not talking to any of the characters and I need you guys to please fix this so I can continue on. I keep restarting and I have to go all the way back to the beginning and it still is bugged so please fix this for me, I don’t want to have to delete and reinstall the game and losing all my progress, thank you.

Great port

Fantastic way to play the classic, the controls work great but obviously you cannot do the same things with movement as on PC and the racing or space shooting are tricky. Otherwise you are in for a thrilling story and a beast of an RPG

Childhood

This game is a representation of my entire childhood. I have never loved any game more than this. I just beat it for the first time and had a moment of pure joy. The storyline and plot is amazing, and it’s quite impressive for a game made in its age. Revan is one of my favorite Star Wars characters, and nothing can change the elation I feel from this piece of art.

Abandoned by developers 6 years ago. Unplayable.

KOTOR is buggy and broken in its current state. I could hardly get through the tutorial because of freezing, poor touch registration, and other glitches. The game has a real hard time registering taps and freezes up at most doors. Please make this game playable again. When the game does freeze I can tilt my phone to make the screen slightly move. If I set my phone flat on the counter, these freezes do not happen. Something is wrong with how the game reacts to the the phone tilting and changing angles. Update: I made a new character to see if it would change things. While creating the character I was unable to get my taps to register during character creation. I had to restart a few times. When I finally made it through, I started the game and it froze during the cutscene where Trask enters through the door. I’m stuck staring at the door while the music plays and explosions go off in the background. I haven’t been able to even start the game.

23 years & still bangin

23 years & we still haven’t had a proper Star Wars game quite like this. Comparable to Mass Effect & even New Vegas in some ways & stands tantamount as the most imaginative & choice driven Star Wars experience of all time. I picked this game up at 7 years old & this & the sequel nonstop until I was about 10. Revisiting it now at 30, I couldn’t believe how much of it I remembered yet it still made me feel like new discoveries were around every corner. If you’re a Star Wars fan, it’s a must play. The lore alone is legendary but if you’re an RPG fan then it doesn’t get much closer to a pure rpg as this.

Great game but having issues

I love this game but came across a very devastating glitch that ruined my game entirely. Well basically I landed on kashyyyk in KOTOR and played through normally, after getting Jolee Bindo on my team I passed the force field like normal. When I got to the mandalorians, however, the cutscene that leads to the fight didn’t play. Now I’m stuck watching them fight Rorworr with no way of interacting. And I forgot to save my game so I don’t have any previous save data that I can go too. Is there anything way to access old save data because none is appearing on my iCloud or game.

Replayed on iPhone 16. SUPER BUGGY

Love this game. Played a few times. Can’t play on iPad anymore. Cuts off after Malek/Bastilla fight and doesn’t load past it no matter what I do. Then tried to uninstall and reinstall, and no cloud saves were there. Oh well…it was awesome a long time ago.

Love this game but…

Swoop racing controls is probably the worst part of this game. Horrible navigation on that. Minor bugs and glitches but nothing (unless you never save) can’t be fixed without a quick reload. Amazing to play this on mobile and, I wasn’t expecting perfection by any means because this is a console game but…by god broken controls make me lose my mind. Fix the swoopracing mechanics and I’d call this a 10/10.

Good game but hard to navigate

Its So hard with out a mission list or gps And Im completely lost now and theres too much analysis and memory work and theres no guide gps so i cannot figure out in the past and at the moment how to know what negotiations i have to accomplish or where to be so i wish the game and the map was more reliable and easier so i can actually beat the game you can play it practically a bit slow and enjoy the games fighting mechanics from whence you can get the chance to pick or encounter a fight with meds bombs blasters swords and later on into the gameplay lightsabers i did not get lightsabers because i dont know how to progress and beat the game

Unmovable bug

Hands-down, the best game ever super excited to play again now on the iPad version BUT a very annoying issue after every other fight main character seems to stop moving and this bug seems to be a very common bug amongst iPad and PC users but at least PC has a fix unlike iPad users. It’s frustratingly annoying to try to play like this, even with inputting a control controller via Bluetooth. I wish there was a patch to fix this because I want nothing more than to replay the nostalgia of this game without that annoying issue.

Love this game, my favorite Star Wars game ever. Replayed it probably 50 times maybe more honestly, more than any other game I’ve ever played. I really hope Saber interactive doesn’t drop the ball on the remake like aspyr did! Been waiting on a new game/remake for over a decade!!! Seems like a no brainer story to keep running with but the originals was so good devs know if they butcher it, their company might go under lol HURRY UP TIRED OF THE SUSPENSE

Gameplay issue

Great game it’s fun however after battles and sometimes walking around your player get stuck and you can’t move so you have to save the game and load it to fix this issue. It would be great if this bug would get fixed because it’s constantly happening.

Extremely well done

I’ve played this game on and off since I was a kid. It is one of the best Star Wars games ever created. Although the graphics and layout is old, it’s well worth the money. I can’t talk enough about how good the story is. Your actions have a real impact and characters will believably like or dislike your choices. It’s a long game and can be clunky at times, but very very worth it

Horrible Port

Great game. One star! Port is horrible, abandoned by dev. Don’t even bother. Refund in progress Controls are actual garbage and there is no controller support. No joystick either. Game also has resolution issues on some devices but I don’t experience that. Wait for a steam sale or Xbox sale. Don’t give this schmuck another dime.

bad gameplay

i’m sorry, i truly loved this game on pc, put many hours into it, but the controls on this mobile version are just unusable, i genuinely can not play at all. i barely was able to leave the spawn room after making a character. i requested a refund and hopefully one day the movement will be fixed and if so i will absolutely buy again. but till then i just cant
