The game was superb... until it was unplayable. I was unable to shift the screen when doing certain puzzles. This glitch hard locked me from being able to complete the game. I use a pixel fold, but was using the normal screen. I tried using the fold screen - its much larger - but that just made the issues worse. If this game works with your device, it's a beautiful game. Well worth the money.

This game works on 32-bit devices, but it urgently needs graphics settings so I can switch to medium or low resolution. The game lags in open areas yet runs smoothly inside houses, making it unbalanced and not equally optimized. Please add a local backup‑restore feature for save data, like in Breakout 71, Unitto, and Trail Sense on F‑Droid. 2 stars because the devs ignored my email and did not inform me that the game had already been updated, and that the minSdkTarget is now A8 instead of A11 😑

I left my original rating back in 2015 (5 stars). I was recently talking to a friend about games that are also works of art Sword and Sworcery flooded back in my mind. I downloaded it again so I can play it. thanks for making this game. there's not enough room to highlight all of the reasons I love it, but ultimately it touched me and I think about the story from time to time over the years. it's beautiful. thanks for making this game 🌒🗡️

one of the first games I ever purchased on a device as a kid. it's gorgeous, fun and takes a bit to figure it out as it doesn't hold your hand with the puzzles. Some might not like that and would prefer more direction but personally I enjoyed the challenges! worth it

I can't get past the record spinning screen. I can control the record (kind of) and stop it, but anything I touch makes it start up again, so I'm not quite sure how to start the game. I've tried everything, like clearing the cache, clearing the data, uninstalling & installing again -- I'm at a loss. Developer, please help! Great game if you could actually play it. Live the artstyle, the visual storytelling, everything. It feels so unique and fresh. But, it crashes my phone for some reason. The rotate feature doesn't seem to go well with latest Android versions. It's sad, honestly cuz I wanted to give it 5 stars but simply can't.

It's a fun, artistic, musical experience... When it doesn't crash. If you rotate in certain ways, it crashes. Sometimes it will repeatedly crash when trying to open and Android will ask you to clear cache. Sometimes it blatantly says there's a bug with the app upon launching, and it recommends that you update. UPDATE: it crashes upon launching now. Unplayable... Don't burn your money. This game has a wonderful aesthetic. Some sections were pretty hard (for me) combat-wise and some sections i wasn't terribly sure what to do/where to go. But haven't come across another game like it and enjoyed the game thoroughly all the way through. Its one I always think back on with fondness! Thank you devs for what I feel is a masterpiece ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A classic indie game that set a milestone in the artistic genre, still plays well and holds its charm on Android devices, but it's in need of an update. While it plays just fine, frame rate when moving the camera is a bit choppy and if you zoom out you can see the rough edges of backgrounds that you're not supposed to. Needs to be updated for modern resolutions. Still enjoyable though.

Crashes if I rotate the phone to the left, but runs normally if I rotate it to the right. Such a weird bug, which limits my enjoyment a lot, just for rotating my phone the "wrong" way.

This game crashes at start if the tablet is not vertical, and then asks you to put it horizontal. If you ignore this first issue, after getting killed by an early boss, the game respawned me in the boss room but it was not possible to interact with anything anymore. It looked at a severe bug and I stopped there and requested a refund. TL;DR: this game was not tested on Android and does not work.
