PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME IN THIS GAME. It's addictive in the beginning but level by level it becomes very hard to complete even a single order. it takes more than 3 hours to get 100 energy but within 2 mins it finishes but not able to finish even a single order. They are showing good rewards when we complete the task and orders, but it's very hard and most of the time impossible to complete the task. I loved to install this but yesterday I uninstalled this due to frustration.

The advert is nothing like the game. a real shame because the advert was interesting, I'd buy that game. The advert is like 2048 with fun physics whereas the actual game is just another overstimulating candy crush type thing. I should have known better than to download a game from an advert. When I saw the ad for this, it lets you play a little. I loved it, until I downloaded it and found out it was level 24. I thought the entire game was like the ad, launching drinks to get them to touch and match up. Not even close! Played for 20 minutes and wanted me to spend money to buy energy. It's nerve racking! This game was so much fun until the "Grand Temple Ruins" came. Now it's just a joke and very frustrating. You have to spend so much energy to get the "Obsidian Ore" and if you Max it out it gets just two items. Like I said, a joke. Clearly they try to go for the "pay to win" by how much energy you need before you even get one Order out in higher levels. It's just not fun anymore. Very unfortunate.

Its a scam. I found many of the same exact issues others have experienced as well. PLEASE read through the other ratings & comments. Keep in mind, their "customer service" will ask you to send screen shots of the issues you're seeing - especially in their ads. I did twice. They will give you a template answer. Not As Described. In the advertisements it was a completely different game where you needed to add different fruit and ice in a certain order to a blender, when I downloaded the game I find out it's a merging game. I played until I ran out of "energy", their limited point system, hoping playing more would unlock the game I had played on the advertisement to the game, only to see that the other levels were to upgrade the island, and the entire game was the merging game. Disappointed.

So every time we got a new spawner, we got orders and those orders always have the same rewards(builder, energy chest, purple chest). Meanwhile after a certain level, purple chest is basically useless.. it takes space and also give us only ±50 coins. Totally not helping when a building update already cost 20.000 coins. Downloaded the game because of the "launch" demo ad I played. I'm at level 8 and so far, all I've been able to access is the "merge" style game, which I loathe. Only, I go to play it, and it's the 'need energy to merge on a grid' kind of game, not a suika-like game. I used to love this game and played it a lot. But there are no real incentives to level up. You earn more coins, yet upgrades become harder coz you can't complete items to earn coins. The spawners do not always give the items you need, so you end up spending more. I even bought 500 energy once and still couldn't complete an item.Then, after finally getting it, the spawner kept giving that item. I know the team values feedback, so please consider making progression feel fairer and more rewarding.

So, in response to my last 1* review, the developer now wants me to provide a screenshot of an ad I may never see again, using the support button in an app I've uninstalled?! What a joke. In response, now I will be avoiding ALL apps from this developer, not just this one. Well done chaps.

Hey, my coins be missing and my gems sometimes. And lately, you guys are charging me too many times. When I spin and win 100% it won't do the 10% on what left and move the 90% to the next prize. I always clear my credit card after writing it down, and 2 days later more charges are there! I am so scare to buy stuff NOW! Its a shame something is telling me to delete the game but, I love it so much. Thats why I don't play much anymore. Make me use 4 instead 8 when buying. Why you can't give me gem
