The game is a good implementation of the physical version; however, the print on the cards is **tiny** as is the font in the instructions. And there's no real way to zoom in so that I can actually read it without restarting the app. Also, while I was able to resize it with my Samsung Fold (which dealt with the font size issue), part of the cards are covered or simply not within the screen display. This makes the game REALLY hard to play.

In it's current state, you cannot play a game with anyone online. It will always error out stating "the match no longer exists", even if you had just created the game. You can still play against the computer but that's it.
- Michael Oatway · v1.0.4
good
- TIm Regan · v1.1.0
great game and works on the app too
- Rachel Clarke · v1.0.3
Bought this just to play with someone else in person and despite there being a "local play" section there is no pass and play option. Baffling. The artwork is tremendous and remains very authentic to the board game, just don't know why I can play with someone else locally. (Happy to amend if I have missed something!)
- Jit Sasquatch · v1.0.3
Seems like a decent import of the card game but I can't stand to play it, since there's no way to turn off the incredibly irritating chirping bird background noise without turning the entire game's audio off completely. Paid full price for this app but I'm uninstalling it.

I already knew I was going to love this game, it is an adaptation of the single best card game ever made, hands down, period. My only suggestion would be to have some extra options for the user interface, like double tap to play cards, or put the users card play area on the right hand side of the screen because most players are right-handed,.

A charming digital adaptation of a fun simple 2 player trick-taking game. The animations are smooth and really bring the game to life. It's the 1v1 version (no 2p co-op), either as skirmish (vs AI or online friend) or through 8 challenges. Just know there's not much additional content. No DLC, no achievements. So don't expect something like Root digital, with loads of challenges and expansions. This is way smaller (Challenges finished in 1 week! Only 1400 players: max 2 online), but it's okay :)
- Thomas Decavele · v1.0.3
Lack of Pass and Play 2-Player Mode is a big miss.
- Brandon Boggs · v1.0.3
Nice port of the game however, aspect ratio in Samsung fold 5 won't allow to play properly. First card to the left will overlap with the score tracker not allowing to play it. Only playable on front screen unfortunately
- Diego Molina · v1.0.3
The game UI is broken on Z Fold 5, you cannot see all of your cards to play.
- digital ronin · v1.0.3
It doesn't support samsung z fold 4, you can't choose the first card from left قذغير قابلة للعب على جهاز سامسونج زد فولد ٤، لا تستطيع اختيار البطاقة الأولى من الجانب الأيسر
- Salah Alkandari · v1.0.3
Fantastic adaptation of a beautiful little card game. A definite hidden gem for the price.
- Chris Gibb · v1.0.2
Good game, buggy implementation. Pros: nice game, pretty, the AI is decent. Cons: Buggy, lacks basic features, abandoned. Switching away from the app makes it impossible to switch back (the app just displays a black screen). The UI is pretty but not very functional. Having to drag cards into place instead of double-tapping is annoying and makes the game feel slow. No pass-and-play mode. The game hasn't been updated in ages, so it's probably abandoned.
- Dan V · v1.0.2
Great trick taking game, the app runs really well
- Simon Hurley · v1.0.2
No apparent Pass-N-Play mode :( Apparently, the only multiplayer mode is online. Because if there is a pass and play it is not at all obvious.
- Don Bergquist · v1.0.2
meh
- Pikey Berbil · v1.0.2
Fox in the Forest is an excellent card game and this is an outstanding digital implementation of that game. Thumbs Up!
- Kyle Burkhardt · v1.0.2
I only played this solo and I love it. Never played the boardgame and now I might buy it.
- Ali Iskandar Othman · v1.0.2
Wait, there isn't pass and play?
- Tyler Kollock · v1.0.2
Great tutorial and smooth gameplay
- Phillip Jacobs · v1.0.2
App lacks Pass and Play mode. Waiting for Pass and Play mode and will definitely be 5 to me.
- Ruslan Gunawardana · v1.0.2
The AI presents very little challenge, even on hard. It seems to play to win, even when already very close to greedy, making it very easy to win with a hand of low cards. Also means it's not very risky to win a lot of tricks because it won't try go for humble, making it easy to win with a hand of high cards too

A lovely implemetation of a lovely game. Highly recommended!
- Suhail Habib · v1.0.2
I bought thw original card game and loved it so much that I went digital. Great game to play against other people whenever I want.
- Andrew Howarth · v1.0.2
Fun trick-taking card game. Notes: The text is tiny. It's probably better on a tablet but I've only played it on my phone. I've had some app crash issues. After first installing it took a few tries to get the app to open. Even now, if at any point I navigate away from the app and come back to it the screen is entirely black and the only way to get it working again is to close the app entirely and open it back up again.
- Eric Richard · v1.0.2
Very good. Bought to fully understand the card game, but very playable itself. Just needs some more online players, come on folks!
- Tim Mullis · v1.0.2
This appears to be a single player game that has an online component that requires an account to be created. I have not done that. You have to pay for this game to get started, bit at least there are no ads in the local version.
- Charlie Bess · v1.0.2
This game is beautiful and they did a good job. I've played hundreds of games of FITF with the physical deck and am excited to play people virtually now.
- Liza Zamd · v1.0.2
I absolutely love the physical copy of the game, so when I saw there was an app I was excited. I think the app is great, however, dragging cards across the screen to play them is annoying. I'd rather double tap to play cards. Also, the online is annoying when you start a game, someone accepts, then never plays a card. There should be time limits on turns.
- Zachariah Mudge · v1.0.2
Omg. Love it so much. Such a beautiful interface. You can tell they put a lot of thought and effort into this app. Well worth the money and so fun to play! Highly highly recommend!
- Rachel Molina · v1.0.2
It's so good that I ordered the physical game after a few plays.
- Leonard Petch · v1.0.2
I love the fact that the challenge mode has variants that you can do with the base game
- Dominique R. · v1.0.2
Very good implementation of the game. Just wish there was more players!
- Daniel Hill · v1.0.2
Great game but I can't play the card furthermost on the left. The card is partly behind my score. I think it might be from the last update. I changed my display size now the game works. Customer support was great
- Roger G · v1.0.2
The cards need to be bigger when selected so I can read them. Playing on a Note9. Besides that great game.
- Eric DeFilippo · v1.0.0
It's so good i might not play my physical copy of the game anymore
- Bruno Garcia · v1.0.0
An absolutely beautifully created app for this game. I honestly cannot think of anything they could have done to make this better!
- J Miller · v1.0.0
Beautiful game!
- Melissa Huxley · v1.0.0
Love this implementation. All of the information is extremely clear at a glance. Another job well done Dire Wolf!
- E P · v1.0.0
Another gem by DireWolf ! What can I say. Amazing !
- Thomas Lohuis · v1.0.0
Excellent implementation! Would love some achievements tied into milestones and the challenges too. I own the physical version and this adds a ton of extra enjoyment on top!
- Robin · v1.0.0
DireWolf Digital does it again. Their Root app was great, and this one appears to be great also! They're easily my favorite board game app company.
- Cody Zarn · v1.0.0
