Explore, expand, exploit, and exterminate in this 4X turn based strategy game
Build your own space faring empire in this true 4X mobile game. Discover new technologies, other alien races, derelict ships and much more as you spread your Empire to the Stars. The galaxy maps and star systems are procedurally generated, so with every game there will be something new to discover. You'll have to decide how to manage your Empire's resources between research, farming, and production, depending on your situation in the galaxy. Do you focus on building up your current systems with more buildings, star ports, or defenses? Or do you continue expanding, building instead of Fleet of ships to defend your growing Empire? Uciana features detailed turn-based ship-to-ship combat. In which you can customize the load out of each of your ships, with different weapons, defenses and other components. You'll have to use good strategies and planning to best your opponents in combat. This game has been a dream of ours for many years. We will continue to improve the game play with adding content, balancing, improving the AI, and much more in the months to come.

The true successor of Master of Orion is on mobile! Sliders akin to MOO1 ease resource allocation among food, industry and research. Systems can have multiple planets/asteroid belts like MOO2. Hoping that development will continue further. Thanks r/4xgaming for introducing me to this gem!
- Gerald Araullo · v31.1
it would be nice if it didn't freeze up every 20 turns edit: it now crashes my phone.
- Noah Andrews · v31.1
brilliant game but wont go past turn 348 just freezes....help
- Andrew Hubbard · v31.1
The game is difficult to be handled at the mobile phone and thus it crushes very often when is played interconnectively. At the possitives the intriguing conception & the fair graphs.
- Miltiades Ketes · v31.1
alot like the old pc game moo, aka masters of Orion. i miss that game. blast to the past. hope they keep developing this game more.
- Chris Bee · v31.1
Great game, but it crashes pretty frequently. The crashing tends to happens when you quickly click between menus like the save menu and the planet menu. The game gets laggier and laggier until it fully crashes and you are forced to relaunch. My phone is a Galaxy A17.
- Kraven Khalis · v31.1
Really fun game BUT too easy. Lots of micromanaging so it takes some time to not play poorly, but once you understand the economy it's a piece of cake. Game has a ton of potential but the AI is trash: decisions are basically random. AI continuously sends weak/undefended ships to the same, heavily defended stars. Additionally, the player has to do too much micro between turns. Wish the game was harder and more fun
- James Hamet · v31.1
Still a great game, but could use an update? I've done everything I can do, and it's still fun don't get me wrong. Some new features or upgrades would be great.
- Grinning Polecat · v31.1
It is a good space exploration game that keeps getting better. Needs a larger galaxy, more tech levels, and more species.
- Bruce Harmon · v31.1
Great game. Been playing it for hours everywhere i go ever since i got it. I've always wanted a game like stellaris on mobile since i dont have the finances to grab a PC. Offers a fair variety of races to choose from, interesting interactions with other races and interesting game play. The only cons I've experienced is the lack of music variety, a bug where combat randomly stopped while i had the auto option on and it does get a bit laggy here and there. Otherwise, worth the price.
- Simphiwe Ndwandwe · v31.1
Been playing this game off and on for a few years now lots of fun to play. However, it is not super challenging on the hardest difficulty. it seems like if you can make it to 100 turns the AI kinda gives up and does not progress anymore. Needs some new features like an auto build, and Intel units for espionage and sabotage missions.
- Ian Stumpe · v31.1
I keep returning to this game for no stress relaxing experience. had this for years and years and keep coming back. this game never gives negative feelings. I love it!
- K R · v31.1
I've been searching for a good 4X space strategy game for mobile and Uciana is very good (maybe the best), however, some issues keep it from earning 5 stars from me: 1) The AI players are kinda stupid. They repeatedly send weak ships or unescorted transports, colony ships, and/or constructors to systems where they know I have a fleet waiting to blow them to pieces. 2) The AI players cheat! They can send their ships long distances without the technology that allows it.
- John Shell · v31.1
This is (for me) the best space 4x game on android. I used to play Endless Space on PC and this game it's very similar, learning curve it's steep, a lot of options an customizations available, plenty of races with different perks (you can even customize them). Hats off! The only thing i'm sorry for is ... i grabbed it for free, i would have gladly paid for it! [edited, 3rd of January 2026: waiting for Steam PC release to pay my "debt"]
- Jurgen Schuller · v31.1
Nice simplified MOO. But the AI keeps sending single ships against me and still manages to win the war! Shooting of enemy non-combat ships should be automatic. Newly researched buildings do not offer to be constructed everywhere.
- Jakub Fojtík · v31.1
Top game
- Lewis Gowers · v31.1
Awesome easy game to lose a day in if you want to explore the biggest galaxy or a couple hours on the smaller very very good simples turn base. Im loving it, it was "abandoned" some time ago and we dont have a good wiki to know much about it. but everything works and u will figure it out!
- Matheus Silva · v31.1
played 10 mins and not for me. will not let me refund.
- Kev S · v31.1
Save often, this game just decides to give you the middle finger and force you to resort to an auto save 30 minutes prior. It has happened enough for me to write this useless garbage. I paid for this.
- Chadillac SPILLZ · v31.1
the battles lag my phone and crash the app
- Jas Jas · v31.1
well, i mean you guys seriously need to add some tutorials, but overall YES, THIS IS A GREAT GAME !!!! cant wait for the update or sequel.
- Andika Pratama · v31.1
i could replay this game a thousand times...very good!
- maese chomp
The interface is horrendous. Ships constantly get sent to the wrong system because the dispatch is a single tap with no confirmation and no cancel option. The game is interesting in concept but almost unplayable.
- T Lee · v31.1
I love Uciana!!! I'm huge into Stellaris so this is a great game for when I'm on the go. If you like 4x space strategy games, this is a great pick and you should install it.
- Blazed Flemingo · v31.1
I played this game for years on my other phones. I love this game !!!. Good graphics, superior small. Easy to play excellent end up strategies. It's just fun!!!! please keep up the good work. any place to donate???
- A Google user · v31.1
I have had hours of enjoyment from this game. So glad it is working again.
- David Annabell · v31.1
ok i have a few complaints --i experience delay when taking turns or even clicking a button basically, which is strange because i have no problem playing heavier games, please optimize--the color of the ship's HP when in combat is blending with the color of the space, making it hard to see unlike the clear green color HP bar like in the older version- love playing your game, much love

Best 4x space game
- vlad rozovsky · v32
It's okay for a few days, but it gets boring quick bc the AI is terrible and it's easy to beat the game even on the highest difficulty. The computer will start colonies and not feed them (they starve), repeatedly send unaccompanied non-combat ships to hostile systems (instadeath), fail to colonize good planets in reach, colonize a lot of high maintenance planets early, etc. It's like playing against a five year old.
- Paula Holko
I have played this game on and off for years. It's a great turn based strategy game.
- Mark L · v31.1
Everything is good except the AI doesn't expand intelligently. It seems the AI players get bogged down with high maintenance cost planets, esp on larger maps. They also repeatedly send noncombat ships to a planet I've just successfully defended, wasting production. I frequently find good planets well within reach of conquered enemies on radiated ones. Maybe have them avoid radiated/high cost planets in the early game, or replace fusion reactor plant (redundant) with a radiation shield.
- Punch Kitten · v31.1
I may or may not have pirated this game but I came back and paid for it because it was exactly what I needed. A 4x lite that was on Android and could be played offline. Killed my 8 hour shift and thats all I needed. Great job dev.
- Ryan Menefee
Brilliant little 4x with lots of content. only drawback is fiddly touch controls.
- Carl Bater
Really good game, that I do enjoy a lot and have beaten a lot. only downside, I'd say, is that after 200 turns (which happens often for me because I like going full research) the game gets extremely laggy and will crash every 15-20 turns. I believe this is an optimization issue and if it is, and is one you could fix, it would be greatly appreciated. other than that, it is an amazing game that I would recommend
- Oscar · v31.1
not quite Master of Orion but something fun on your phone AI is weak
- Pit Viper · v31.1
As close to Distant World's as you can get on Android! Superb game! Quite a lot to do as you explore the randomised galaxy. Only two things would make this game better; 1) More music, that one track is OK but gets a bit repetitive. 2) More races. I know your limited to a set number but would be good to be able to choose which. Superb game, keep up the fantastic work!
- Yaffd Cudk · v31.1
This game is my childhood. Together with few other games it is peak of mobile gaming. No money grabbing no nonsense. Only honest work by the dev. I tip my hat to you.
- Aleksander Jurkiewicz · v31.1
Hands down the best 4x game on the market. Well worth the modest price. The visuals and music is good but the gameplay really makes this game shine. Will be contacting with bugs and suggestions through reddit.
- V R · v31
This was one of my favorite games for a long time. But a recent update makes the game freeze my entire phone and I have to force quit the app or restart the phone often. Also, before the update on the hardest level the game could be a challenge still a bit too easy. But now after the update the openent AI is so simple you have a guaranteed victory every game. Please revert this back to before the update. Or fix the issues that were created.
- Eric Rounds · v31.1
So I've been following this game since it's first years, it's promising, not really stellaris, but really promising especially for the mobile strategy genre, I would love if you can add on top of the player's star systems a layer of paint or something to clearly determine who is who, but overall keep up the good work.
- Dominion Official · v31
THE best free space strategy game with NO ADs and collects NO DATA on you. Does anyone realize how rare that is? This is basically free open source gaming. Very rare in my opinion.
- Chris M · v31
It's very good, it's hard to find a good Android game these days, but I'm sad because this game is no longer being updated and new content is no longer being added to the game.
- Oto Kharabadze · v31
best 4x game
- Donald Obien (mcdo) · v31
I need uciana 2 or i will become marranae furry race Campaign mode More difficult modes Better graphics Online player Better UI to administrate various planets Give up option to players and AI when they are going to lose anyways
- Nick H · v31
One of the best 4X sci-fi games out there.
- Takumi Sekiguchi Sloan · v31
Rare and unappreciated gem on Android. Classic 4x, with a good balance in game mechanics, and surprisingly good UI considering it was one dev. If you like 4x, you'll like this. If you miss the oldest classic 4x games (Stars!, but way better), you'll love it. Bonus? No ads. No mtx. No timewasting or loot boxes. Just good classic 4x strategy. Gives me hope that maybe mobile games aren't quite dead yet.
- Anthony Chiboucas · v31
Love this game. It's a great 4x strategy game, no ads, buy it once, and they keep updating it. It's clearly a labor of love by the development team. This is my #1 game.
- Joe Slayden · v31
5/5 stars The developers must be fans of MOO, the best 4X ever made! Thank you for this! I cant wait to see where this game goes in the future. Update 13 Dec 24 3/5 stars It keeps crashing:(
- Mark Hoffman · v31
I absolutely love this game. Brings me back to Master of Orion 2 that I played extensively in my childhood. I also got stars in shadows on PC but I actually enjoy playing Uciana more. If you like turn based strategy this is a must have game. I already played several matches and I'm slowly building up to a higher AI difficulty. Awesome game!
- Stefan Lyczek · v31
Excelent work, it's a shame that the updates are rare and the community is very much dead, but good job at creating this fantastic game.
