I’ve been playing about 4.5 months, and lately the updates have made it worse. There is little challenge, and the “very hard” levels tend to be among the easiest. Word acceptance is odd, as sometimes singular or plural words are accepted, but not the opposite of the same word (out but not outs, gals but not gal). Also, you earn coins but I’ve yet to figure out what to do them. I’m playing with ads and one cripples my six-year-old phone, forcing me to close the app, as it becomes unplayable.

Don't care for the WORD'S in the game. When I am playing a game, the words in the game is very much matter for all men. In the beginning, it was fine good quality positive or regular words. So I decided to purchase the game. So I don't have to look at all of the ads. And now the words are negative as well as Devastating like death, funeral, cemetery.... I regret spending money to purchase this game. So I can play without advertisement I'm gonna uninstall it after I post this.

Not quite sure what to spend coins on. I have 10s of thousands of them. No idea. The Botanical Garden race is rather a letdown. There is no garden to be found after "winning," just more coins. Winning the steps race? Yeah, here are more coins. There is no option that I can find in the shop or in play to spend these coins. Museums of The World just shows you a few things other players collected.

The game itself is a lot of fun. My issues are with the dev greed. For reference I paid for the "ad free" version of the game. However if I want to play old statue puzzles, I have to watch an ad. If I want to do this daily spinner, again I have to watch an ad. then on top of that they are also selling coins, which are pretty useless they give you hints or something, Gems which you can get additional busts with, and a battle pass to top it off.

I have tried (and deleted) so many word game apps over the years. This one has survived on my device the longest - despite getting a quick ad after every level. You don't have to rush to beat the level, there's no Match-3 mentality, it's not spammy... it's just a word game where you just so happen to complete levels as means to collect art pieces. The 8/2026 update has messed up the game play, tho. It freezes and I can't swipe through tiles. Fix plz so I can give 5 stars instead!
