No coins, no refunds

Players beware. I have been playing Wordle for several years. Last week I bought a Treasure package as I was out of coins. I contacted customer service and got a reply that they wanted a receipt for my purchase, which I provided. Now they want a screen shot of the package that I bought, which I don’t know how to get. I have asked for a refund of the $2.99 as they have still not provided me with any coins. We should not have to jump through hoops to have a mistake corrected. I am 72 years old and just want my $2.99 refunded.

This was fun until it wasn’t

I played this for almost 2 months, every single day. At first the adds were few and far between and then they got more and more frequent. Until I spent more time getting past adds than playing the game. Such a shame, because the actual game was great. I really love games like this, but the constant interrupting ads makes it hard to concentrate. I don't mind some ads like after completing levels, but it's irritating the constant interruptions in the middle of playing. I know ads keep it free, but there's a limit people are willing to accept. Ads should be based on the number of guesses, not how often you switch away from the app. I can have the app open, switch to read a message, then come back and immediately get an ad. If I switch away again to think about my next guess or read something and return, I get another ad. I can end up watching 8 ads without even making a guess. I love this game! Being a big fan of crosswords, Scrabble, just all word games Woordle is so fun cause it's a challenge yet doable. I find myself with big smiles when I get right! And I usually get it right but not without the process of elimination! Exercise that brain! Gotta love it!
