No coins, no refunds

Players beware. I have been playing Wordle for several years. Last week I bought a Treasure package as I was out of coins. I contacted customer service and got a reply that they wanted a receipt for my purchase, which I provided. Now they want a screen shot of the package that I bought, which I don’t know how to get. I have asked for a refund of the $2.99 as they have still not provided me with any coins. We should not have to jump through hoops to have a mistake corrected. I am 72 years old and just want my $2.99 refunded.

This was fun until it wasn’t

I played this for almost 2 months, every single day. At first the adds were few and far between and then they got more and more frequent. Until I spent more time getting past adds than playing the game. Such a shame, because the actual game was great. I really love games like this, but the constant interrupting ads makes it hard to concentrate. Ads should be based on the number of guesses, not how often you switch away from the app. I can have the app open, switch to read a message, then come back and immediately get an ad. If I switch away again to think about my next guess or read something and return, I get another ad. I can end up watching 8 ads without even making a guess. The game itself is great. if anything, I think that there might be too many pop-ups in a row for challenges, rewards, etc. However, that isn't a very big deal at all. The thing that bugs me is the increase in ads over the years. There didnt used to be this many ads. Now, every single time I start a round, theres an ad, maybe even two. And its the exact same ad too. Every. Single. Time. Dont get me wrong, the game is great, but the ads are ruining it.

Ads, Ads, And More Ads. I had to uninstall this game. The amount of ads you're forced to watch in order to play is insane. There's an ad when you open the game. There's an ad after every round. There are more ads in the middle of a round. You go to spell a word and get directed to another 30 second or longer ad. Playing this game is not worth the annoyance of constant ads.

Im having alot of fun playing this game. It reminds me of when me and my classmates played this game with the teacher in middle school. I really recommend 👌 Very easy to learn btw. Not very excessive adds either. Edit:I keep getting this add where nothing appears but a black screen, I also cannot click on anything. Wow, I'd read the negative reviews re adverts so was prepared for that. However, the second guess of my very first game was CHINK. Search the word "chink" and you're told " The word "chink" has multiple, distinct meanings ......" This app doesn't recognise a fairly common word which has multiple meanings and shows the message "NOT A VALID WORD". I have no faith in this app, its creator or those who manage it. The events are rigged and that's enough to get 1 star from me. The spin wheel is not equal chance and lands on the worst prize 7/10 spins despite only having 1 slot on the wheel. Don't waste your time on apps trying to trick you, especially when there are so many options out there. a note to the devs, the world is changing and people are fed up with the absence of common sense ethics. The more you exploit things like the wheel, the less the younger generations are going to play.
