The game is good but the level don’t load in

Played the game just like every other game player. The campaign is stuck at level 93. It won’t load. Contacted customer service. Sent screen shots since they don’t allow video downloads. Ended up deleting this game and losing all my progress and wasting all that time. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

This is one game you better have deep pockets for. The prices are ridiculous. Your cp is based on what you spend. One example is the sss vehicles are priced in the thousands. I’ve been on this game for over 2 years everyday and still don’t have one. It’s ridiculous you have to save. A lot of the older players are quitting because of no new content. They voice their opinions and they go un- noticed. Just tired of playing a game that gets worse everyday. I’m hanging on but by a thread.

I’m power level 4500 going against a level 3800 and I’ve lost 6 times in a row when all of my characters are 50-75 levels above all of his except he paid for the 30$ character and somehow I keep losing. He never takes any damage at all.

So this is a 5 star game! The only my reason I’m putting 1 star is to get attention until my issue is resolved and then I’ll change my review rate. I purchased the “Mech-Potato” skin and now my game is bugged, the skin I paid for doesn’t even show up “if” I finally get the game to load up, eventually all shooting mechanics become invisible and then eventually the game freezes. I’ve restarted my iPhone 17 max pro, I’ve uninstalled the game and reinstalled it multiple times and it still does it, so it breaks the game when you “PURCHASE” content. Please get this fixed because I paid for something that I can’t use or see. I love the game, but this bug destroys it.

Played the first 2 rounds of the game. Loved it. Then for the past couple days I’ve been trying to get on to play after spending $20 on it and it freezes so I’ve never even got to play since buying characters in the game. What a joke. I see that everyone else buys stuff in the game then has issues

Super buggy. Enemies run in place when the game actually does load in, your skills don’t go off like they should, and all vfx will randomly disappear. It’s a shame because this is a great game.

I just downloaded this game 2 days ago. Yesterday it wouldn’t load and today each level is full of zombies that don’t move. The do not attack they just stand there. Obviously something is wrong in the programming.

Don’t purchase anything on in App Store. I make purchases then I closed the app. When I opened it again, I lost my purchases. When I contacted customer support. They told me to check another server. I did and didn’t see my purchases. Why does it matter if you’re on another server. You should have what is purchased even if you switch servers. What a money grabbing scam. So I ask for refund through App Store. When I came back. I got banned. Then I ask customers service, they said I have to pay back what was refunded in order to not be banned. So I paid back and still not able to play the game. What a scam!!! Avoid purchasing from the in game store.

This game was very interesting when I first started playing it. But the back has completely changed. After you recharge, in order to get the ranking reward, a large number of robots will suddenly appear on the ranking list. Their combat effectiveness is lower than yours, but they have more levels than you, and the ranking is always ahead of you. The developer will continue to stimulate you to recharge in order to become stronger. And the chance of the lottery is completely fake, and it will drain your wallet to get the reward. The customer service of this game will not reply to you at all, just to empty your wallet. On the fourth day of the opening of my server, when I recharged $200, I thought I could reach the first place on this server with few people, suddenly many robots that did not exist before pushed me to the third place. I think this is because the developer is stimulating me to spend further, which is completely a fraud. I won't download their products in the future.

This game is the worst game I have ever played it started out pretty cool then after dumping over 1500 dollars into this game they stopped updating they stopped adding content, they don’t listen to any player feedback they lie and try to get you to spend money on” deals” witch are all lies, there’s nothing that makes it a deal, also they claim random draws but it’s not random it’s designed to make you spend all your money and I will never spend another dollar on this game again, they havnt brought anything new to this game in over 2 years no new characters, no new events it’s just the same thing repeated over and over and the content they sell is way over priced if your not looking to spend 1000 per vehicle don’t download!!!!! What game is worth paying 1000 for a single piece of content on a game that the developer hasn’t made new content or made any updates on in two years?? I wish I could give it no stars

I’ve been playing this game for a few months but so far it only downloads to Chapter 73 I have already beat that level two stars but it’s not loading chapter 74. I’ve tried reloading the game and deleting and reinstalling it again but still can’t get chapter 74!!

I initially enjoyed the game, and the game play. I purchased a beginner pack and a character and was content . But the next time I opened the game. All the information had reset. I lost all my progress and purchases with no way of getting it back. No way to restore purchases or my account. I reached out to support and received no response.

I downloaded the game even after all the reviews that I read I figured it’s got a high rating I’ll try it, the rating is fluffed the comments are true, you’d have to spend money money to progress. Also their response to everything is the same instead of publicly replying it’s an automated response and it’s not even replied to the same day it’s like 2 weeks later

Game started off awesome everything was great for a few days but for some reason now every time I try to play I get stuck in loading screens and there’s no way to continue. I tried to reinstall to see if that would work but nothing changed. Would love to continue playing but it simply won’t work.

I was excited to try this game after seeing the advertisement. The promo showed high-quality graphics and engaging gameplay, but unfortunately, the actual game experience was nowhere near what was advertised. This game was great but has gone down hill. Reach out to devs for support but they keep saying thank we told the correct team. No changes in 6+ months. Same events different themes. Almost impossible to get SSS vehicles and pets unless you spend thousand of $. I have maxed out my equipment and vehicle so I cannot use the pieces that are given daily and there is no recycling system in place. Servers are dead because of the devs. RGN is stupid of this game. Been active for 9 months everyday. Do not waste your time or money on this game.

I know the purpose of the phone games is to make money. But, this game’s developers are away too greedy than any other game I have ever played. They try to drain your wallet, seduce you to spend thousands of dollars in this game. If you want good experience in this game, you have to spend at least $1000. It is just so greedy and ridiculous for a phone game. Avoid it. Don’t get trapped by this game. Read those low rating comments. They are true. This company bought high review comments. Such a scam.

I was playing the game got hooked invested money then boom I’m kicked out the server and all the money time and equipment gone. I’ve been contacting customer service and guess what nothing worst game ever. They will let you pay then steal your account. They say contact them for help and they do not help they asked for my information and my bill still waiting. I contacted this game company four times and not one email was sent back. Go and look them up for this they’re stealing accounts after you invest money into the game don’t play don’t waste your time.

This game is nice. There’s a lot to do. But you def need to spend a LOT in order to gain heroes and gear that are competitive with others. F2P will get you nowhere fast and their packs are expensive compared to other similar games. Plus there are 3-5 passes that can be purchased at the same time. It’s really a shame.

I enjoyed the game for a while and have been a very active player, but the biggest issue is opening new servers so frequently for new players. 80% seem to quit first week and the server is empty. No option to swap. Then if there is a merge, by that time most quit, so we get a few extra, but by next merge more have quit, so it’s no better. Only 1 guild per server as there isn’t enough players for more. End game is stale and you get rewards that you no longer need and they stack up. Events rerun over and over. Some are pointless and can only play for like, 3 mins because whales take you out. 3 mins in a 3 day event. Come on. It’s become insanely boring and no one wants to stay unless they suffer sunk cost fallacy. No access to paid items by playing for a long time. Only cash. I’ve played for 10 months and can’t get SSS vehicles or mythic pets. No reward for loyalty and time played. It’s time I say goodbye, and I’d say skip this one.

Tengo un par de meses jugando a este juego, de verdad parece adictivo y por el excelente trabajo que han realizado los desarrolladores en el juego, he gastado cierta cantidad de dinero, hasta $100 reales he podido invertir, y aún así no he obtenido lo que espero, me siento estafado, atención al cliente parece un robot, no soluciona nada, y al menos por compensación, me gustaría recuperar parte del dinero, ya que no pueden resolver nada dentro del juego.
