my son has downloaded your game and when I enter his date of birth it says he is too young! your PGEI 3 is specified so why is a 6 year old unable to play it? it states he is too young and locks him out if the game. Then when I enter my date of birth the game just crashes and shuts off. I now have to deal with an autistic child's meltdowns because he doesnt understand why he cant play the cool zoo game. Was really enjoying the game and then found that the developers were using AI generation to advertise. For a game that's focused on endangered species and talks about conservation efforts, it's not a good look for the game, nor is it conscious of the damage being done to natural habitat and declining populations by such methods of image generation. You have artists, why not pay them for their work?? It's a slap in the face to everyone involved.

Great game. but a little expensive. I've spent over 300 dollars this pass 6 months on these animals. each packet is almost 11 dollars and you need to buy cause almost everything is got with diamonds. maybe they should give more diamonds with packets. cause you cant buy much with what you get. you have to buy 2 packets to even expand. that's 22 dollars. I dont know if I should stop playing and let my zoo go. or just stop expanding. then where do I put the animals that I get or have to buy.

After coming back after few years as the the one who used to get into event of first Christmas event, I could say I finally able to play this game smoothly, I do have my regrets losing my old account but now I feel like I finally able to ease my regret. As the ads feature on everything somehow make thing betters sometimes, as I do like the new introduce ads chest, ads faster which I able to utilised it properly, I wish this features were introduce earlier for f2p back then.

i LOVE this game! it is very engaging and fun to play, however my only complaint is that diamonds cost so much! (i have seen what you have written in feedback to other people saying the same thing but I think that the 10-ish gems you get occasionally don't really contribute much to things that cost 200+ gems). it would be great for example if you could trade money for gems? also i would love a feature that would allow us to name our animals. anyway thanks for developing a lovely game! ♥️🐾

every time I play this game freezes so I re open and have lost the last hour or so of modifications this is beyond frustrating. theres no save progress function, no auto save. no design mode. I just lost 2 hours of redesign work not to mention the experience points.

Seems like a great idea for a game. ive played for 30 min and when I logged back in the next day, the last 10 min I spent were deleted. I had bought more animals and more enclosures and when I logged in, it was reset. like it didn't save progress. I went to check the comments to see if anyone else dealt with that, but all I saw was how expensive it is. I already used diamonds to speed up a bs build. so either I can delete progress and start over, or delete the game altogether.

I like the designs of the zoo and get daily prizes but I would like it if I could play offline . There's so many types of animals. It hard to get diamonds as you have to watch 10 ads, and only receive 1 diamond but i’d like it if each video you watch you get a diamond. And to unlock new pets/buildings, you need a lot of diamonds which isn’t easy.You can play with others, it would be good when visiting other zoos you could do other tasks like feeding their animals/cleaning. I recommend this.

I love this game, have been playing for over a year, however, after the last update I am only able to log in with no errors maybe 50% of the time. It says it needs to reload after encountering errors but it continues so I can't play. The only way I can play is to delete the game and then reinstall. Please fix this, I see I am not the only person this has affected.

Great game. The only thing is that I had to restart the game after going quite a way. Everything I tried to reload game it kept on saying reload game , uninstalled a few times but it kept on saying the same thing. So I had to restart again. Also when I was playing it kept on staying that I could not add no more buildings. Unable to get back onto the game again, will not reload. Help.I updated the game. All seems ok. It costs too many diamonds to hire staff to keep zoo clean. You're not able to earn a decient a amount of diamonds and getting cash takes days to earn. They just want your real $. All you do is feed animals, collect garbage and water endless plants. Breeding fails often, everything needs expensive upgrades. Some challenges demand diamonds be spent, they are hard earned oh but hey, you can buy plenty out of pocket. Very slow and greedy game. Zero customer service. Deleting for a better run game.

made for a tablet or a desktop computer I wouldn't suggest putting it on your smartphone. it's too big and it works too slow. faster on a desktop computer or tablet. without having data is not usable

I really enjoyed the game at first. But, the items started to retire gems which you have to pay real money for, or take a long time to collect. I also reached a glitch where the game had to restart 3 different times due to freezing, and I then had to redo what I had completed. At that point I deleted the game.

i love this zoo building game but im deleting as im spending way to much money trying to but the extra bits of land I had left to gain and the money is every month I not only had the main zoo but also had the rescue centre part and ice zoo and forest zoo also , its been fun building the zoos over 13 years but sadly that's me signing off .

couldnt play the game. it kept telling me to verify my age but when id click the link it brought me to my google account saying all set, your account doesn't require verification. im well over 18. I looked up ways to fix it and after 20 minutes of trying and multiple cache clears, uninstall/reinstall, and adjusting privacy settings the issue continued. I gave up.

excellent for the most, earning diamonds can be very difficult and hard to earn, wish it was not 180 diamonds to upgrade a shelter, but I have a vast zoo and extra zoos to, I do enjoy the weekly quests can be challenging but fun, overall I've been playing quite some time and enjoy, the down side is money the cheapest package wot getting is £8:99 I do treat myself to this now and again that's why I've given Zoo 2 a stars 🌟 thanks for the support guy's........ A long-term game that requires consistency, lots of patience, and careful managing of resources. Best 3D graphics and control. Animal designs are realistic. Needs internet connection and higher device specs to have smoother gameplay. Could've been more forgiving for the player's flaws and missed event items. Whenever there are new issues don't hesitate to ask for game support. I also activate reduced animations to save battery.

I came to change my rating to 2 stars. After a yr of playing daily! I find game not relaxing but more of a daily chore I don't have no interest in doing any longer. Higher levels over 100 is so hard to do without spending tons of real money. They give us events we can't do without spending real money on breeding houses and shelters. They say you can play free, but good luck with that. I did spend Real cash only to find out I needed ten times the amount I bought to get special pets to complete

it it a very good game if you like animals, farms and that sort of stuff and I like those but I do get quite bored sometimes on it if I keep playing it and timers are very long.(I tend to play it for a month then have a long brake and then come back to it).
