Players from each faction cooperate to gain control of key towns and forts. Share the fun in this light and fast paced game vs the AI, hotseat or online! Key Features 1775: Rebellion features simple and unique game mechanics and special attention to historical detail. Experience this critical time in American history, you will not be disappointed! - 3 Scenarios – 1775, 1775 (Short) and Siege of Quebec. - Play solo vs. 3 AI difficulties - 54 Cards (Movement & Event) - Up to 4 player hotseat multiplayer. - Faithful conversion of the original board game. About the Game 1775: Rebellion is based on the award winning board game developed by Academy Games. The mapboard represents the original 13 Colonies plus Maine, Nova Scotia, and Quebec. Each Colony is further subdivided into areas over which factions will struggle for control. A faction holds control of a Colony when only units of its side are present in the areas of a Colony. Player controlled factions include the Continental Army, Patriot Militia, British Regulars and Loyalist Militia. In addition to this the Allied French and Allied Hessian factions, which are controlled by American and British forces respectively, can be brought into the game by event cards playable by each faction. Each game is played in a series of rounds. Victory conditions are checked for each side starting on round three and each game ends with victory points being tallied automatically on round eight if no one has won before then. Each round is subdivided into four turns, one for each side, which happen in order determined by a blind draw of the turn marker for each faction. It is entirely possible for a faction to go last in a previous round only to go first in the next. Movement & Events Every Faction has a deck of cards consisting of Event cards, Movement cards, and one Truce card. Every turn, each faction will play a movement card to maneuver their troops and any number of event cards. When both factions of a side (British or American) have played their truce cards, the game will end! Each deck has a specific number of movement cards in it and managing them is an important part of the game. Each faction has a Truce card which serves not only as a timer for the game but as a powerful Movement card. However, a game may end prematurely if both factions of a side are forced to play it early in the game. *** Please note: 1775: Rebellion is designed to be played on a tablet. ***

The analog version of this game is among my favorites; I rate it a 10 out of 10. So, I was saddened to see this digital version no longer working. This is a huge disappointment...

Finally updated and working again. If it won't start, make sure to allow file access permission. Also won't launch from Nova launcher ("permission denied") but can launch from app info page.

Stopped working, purchased app for my Samsung S4 tablet, awhile ago, worked well for a long time, tried to play it recently, and it no longer works, I never received notice or anything that suggested that this app was killed.

Doesn't work. Just like everyone else, it freezes at the beginning of any scenario, even with all graphics settings to their most basic. In some of the reviews, people got it to work, but I couldn't.

I didn't even get to play it I was stuck on a loading screen that wouldn't load

Originally had problems loading this game and could not play a scenario as it locked when attempting to load and then finally froze. Fortunately it now loads and all three scenarios work providing you switch off various 'resource heavy' options in the settings prior to loading a scenario. Otherwise the game will severly lag and make it unplayable. It may depend on the power and quality of your device, high end ones may work better? As I have a lower end Samsung tablet, I found switching to top down overhead view rather than perspective and avoiding 3d effects, slowing down pan zoom options and using cubes rather than figures greatly improved performance and allowed the game to play a lot smoother. Providing you tinker with the settings it should be playable but it does need further development by the designers in order to fix these niggles....

This is unplayable. The map zooms too far out or too far in. Pennsylvania had a giant ocean running through it. Academy Games, you are better than this. Cut ties with whoever did this port of your game.

Not sure about all the one stars. Or the comparability issues. Works great on htc one m7 m8 and oneplus5.

Sorry, but the game locks up every time while loading a new game, dead on arrival so to say ... please consider releasing a demo/light version with say only the tutorial so that people can verify the app runs correctly, before purchasing the full game. Meanwhile, uninstalled and refunded.

i use zenfone 2. no problem. i am really satisfied. thank you!
- A Google user · v1.9.3
Runs lncredibly Slow. You could play the real version in half the time. This should never be the case for a digital board game.
- A Google user · v1.9.3
Running Android On a G7. Camera pan is WAY to fast, even when set to lowest setting. Buttons to slide army numbers are too small, makes it hard to choose them. Game manual puts index over top of left side of manual. But for these problems it would be good. As it is, it's hard to enjoy. I can't recommend buying it. Sorry.

Hanged with pink screen after the update. Very bad to customer. I am using version 1.7.1 with my phone nexus 6P running Android 7.1.1 and Huawei M3 Android 6. Both were running very well before the update.
