of you are actually reading the reviews, I highly suggest you don't even bother with this app. the dev/devs have completely disabanded the game, guys haven't updated it literally years. the DLC's that I have paid for don't even work. the games map "downloader" is broken beyond belief. I I'm not sure about the PC version but the mobile version ain't even worth it.

The glitches are terrible

I’ve been playing this game for years and it’s always been a favorite. I recently re installed it and there are glitches with the unit icon positioning on the call icons. There is also a glitch when assigning vehicles, equipment, and personnel; the icon will freeze on the screen and if you go back to the main menu while the Icon is frozen you will lose it. This is unbearable for a game that is focused on team and resource management. Please please please fix these issues!

Trash

Glitches are unbelievable

This is a pretty fun game. I hadn’t played in quite a while, and just came back to it. The glitches are so bad it makes the game unplayable. People, resources, and vehicles glitch when assigning. They disappear from inventory, but don’t get assigned. Game play doesn’t always tell you what vehicles are needed, so the one you sent just sits there forever until you realize it’s been there too long without resolving. Vehicles won’t go where directed too. Wrong vehicles will go and still assign to the task, and then they’re stuck there unusable until the task is resolved. It’s wild it’s this bad since they do seem to push updates still. Of course when trying to reach out to them, the game isn’t on their site and you just get a page unavailable message.

Game bugs

Im recently back to play this game and while moving my crew around a lot of my items went missing like total banish and the most annoying part was when a whole vehicle just went missing. Besides that games is great but bug makes it frustrating to play

One of my favourite games to play—I’ve been enjoying it for a few years now. I’ve spent a lot of time building up my units and I know most of the callouts well. However, there’s one really annoying issue. I assign specific people as drivers because they have the highest driving scores. I complete a shift and everything is set up correctly, but when I return for the next shift, the assigned driver has moved seats and someone with a lower driving score is now in the driver’s seat. Fix?

It is ok at best. Half the time your units don't go to the incident and instead will sit right next to it and trying to get them to actually head to where they need to go becomes a massive headache. On top of that, the fact that you start new maps with far fewer personnel than is necessary means you'll be struggling to manage anything beyond the first map because money doesn't transfer between maps and you start with far more money than needed on the first map and far to little on all others.

Display “safe area” needed

I used to love this game, playing it every single day, but since I got an iPhone 13, some display buttons are missing because they are off screen, including some unit slots during the set up, and in the actual game, the shift time and buttons overlap and are off screen. I’d love to see a setting that adds a feature some other games have; a “safe area” that sets the edge of where display buttons and visuals are placed so none goes off screen. Also try to make sure the buttons don’t overlap! Thanks!

This game has declined a lot since release. It used to be a little buggy. Now it's really buggy. Semi responsive, UI doesn't fit on all screens, less features than the PC version, and there is a network connection issue for random game mode. None of the other game modes have this issue. The devs just stopped caring about this game. It's sad because it was a really good game.

On the home screen of the game its like glitched into features of IPHONE; and some buttons aren't accessible. Also not to mention, when I rotate the game to a landscape to access the buttons or the game looks better landscape. It boots me out the game! I like the features of it and I wish there was a sandbox but overall I recommend.

First shift, sent the ambulance and fire brigade to a fire and person who was trapped. They didn't do anything, and I was fired, and I could only send one person to do an objective rather then having everyone do all the tasks at once..tf is this game?. Never wanted a refund so fast

Played it for the first time YEARS ago and it was so fun! I loved the story and it is super informative about 911 calls and first aid situations. I wish they would update the app though. The new phones cut off most of the important menu options at the top and make it UNPLAYABLE I’ve been trying to replay it for years but have been unable too.

Great game but no longer works

Might be abandoned

The game is a fantastic dispatch simulator but desperately needs some minor updates and fixes. The game still runs just fine but the graphics/ui have never been updated to accommodate for different screen shapes so things end up getting covered or cut off by the Dynamic Island and stretched out by the taller aspect ratios of newer phones. I get the game was finished long ago, but the last update was over four years ago. I feel like a minor update to fix display issues isn’t too much to ask for, especially since it’s still being sold and theoretically generating profit with little overhead now that development has finished.

Love it, but needs work.

This game truly is fun and an intuitive experience; however, on iPhone 14 Pro and I’m sure other devices equipped with the notch or dynamic island, are improperly optimized and are not displaying correctly. The notch or dynamic island in my case impedes certain aspects such as assigning personnel, assigning vehicles, and tools. I hope this issue can be resolved soon, as it does severely hinder playing on smaller screened devices. I also do play on my iPad which has no issues due the screen size being optimized properly. Even with all said, love the game and hope to keep playing till I can’t! 😆

I’ve been playing this game for quite some time. Now it’s one of my favorites I’m a retired fire, fighter, and EMS and former special police officer. It is the closest game to dispatch that I have ever played. If I can give it seven stars, I would give it seven stars.

Very much worth the price.

I bought this game a few days ago, and I do net regret pay 5$ for it. With the recommendations, what to do during an emergency loading screen, and it’s realistic calls and aspects, it is a very fun game. If you download the Lite version, it can also give you a good perspective on what this game feels like. Definite 5 stars!

Offensive hate speech ruins a fun game

I never review apps, but was so shocked by this game I had to say something. The “Every Life Matters” expansion pack uses an abhorrently offensive racial slur, which is both said in dialogue and in the written text. Regardless of politics or what characters are meant to portray, there’s no reason to use hate speech that is universally seen as offensive.

I believe 911 dispatch wants time management to be perfect, it's the only way I think we can pass San Francisco. I've tried passing this city with unique stories, then daily routine. With no difference in completing.

Slight bugs

There is a bug that really bothers me the screen is not all there I can’t remove a unit. Another bug is there’s a glitch on my unit it won’t spawn when I start, and I can’t push X because of the screen plz fix this.
