It's great and sure there are performance issues on low end devices but I mean what do you expect, it's a high end game for mobile. On my device for example it doesn't have problems loading but my device will get extremely hot if I play too long but still that's a sign you've played for too long and need to touch grass for a bit. Best survival mobile game I have found.

Update: I want to say good things about this game, but I can't do that while being honest. This game has too many issues. The lag is the biggest problem. Had been always waiting for this update and it's very nice I will say! Graphics are awesome and the whole thing...just keep in mind you need a near-flagship level mobile to play this cuz it runs best on mobiles having great storage, ram, processor and battery. Otherwise you might face lags, crashes and other stuffs.

someone wanna tell me why all my progress in single player was deleted? saves, backups, everything is gone. I had months worth of building and taming and breeding. yall take the og SEM off the play store, and add this one, and its buggier on S24U, there's no unofficial servers, and all my stuff is gone from SINGLE PLAYER... not impressed, and probably won't be spending any more money, if i even decide to continue playing...er... yknow... start playing again since everything was lost.

60 hours in, cuz my phone died, my save file completely corrupted. Now there is nothing. My base i made in the redwoods, the 4 recession 2 theri thyla argies etc all gone. I enjoy the game but id say probably get it on steam. you probably pay less there too if you want to do anything but run the island.

I have been playing since 2018 and i love new ark ultimate but i have work to do and cant play long like i did before finding 150lvl is very hard in island maq and if i wanna to team giga or carcha I always find lvl 20 ones or maybe im lucky 80 lvl and u know if ur going fro big temes u need probably max out as can plz do same and about drops I don’t know i im getting 10 of craps pot blueprints and blueprints that can can need are no where to be found plz check

Imagine being able to turn to dinos like forms that saves us the risk of tames being killed or forced to land into dangerous places or being cornered Like want to turn to a rex either One is to get the last hit to be able to turn into the dino you killed Two is to take a bite of the meat of the dino you killed to turn into the dino you killed Three is to take the implant after killing or knocking out or taming In wild once after turning into the form of the dino you killed as wild form remains as dino for a 24 timer once until the timer is over you can change between dino and human form at any given time When tamed no need for the 24 hour timer to remain as a dino you can simply take turns between changing dine and human form Imagine if this feature was added inot ark mobile and ark ultimate edition mobile it be cool and awesome

The servers tent to be really laggy and it kicks you off a lot of times for lagging but it marks it as speed hacking and sometimes when the server goes for roll back it resets your progress like spending keys it resets your progress you had with the keys but it doesn’t give you back the keys

Team just randomly disappear out, cryo fridge, but pod still there and can’t login the servers half the time. Paid for the map packs half the time it tells me when logging in the gin 2 I need to buy mat packs or ark pass. I love ark, and ark mobile was a great way to play on the tough, but when I tried joining an ark server for the first time, there was just no character creation, instead I had an active camera spot in the middle of the map. (The island.)

Great game but a few suggestions and one problem I suggest fixing

Firstly, why did I lose my map when I paid $3 for it? Another problem is that North American servers keep crashing, by a LOT. I also suggest adding ark apocalypse servers and also unofficial servers. Anyone else reading this, I recommend playing on European servers. Also, please allow us to be able to place pillars on raft.

Great Game, but has some issues…

I LOVE Ark, I played on console and the old mobile, and I love how you guys have finally brought the DLCs and all of that to mobile, it really got me addicted to it for a while. It’s great, but there’s a lot of issues, as stated in the title. Firstly, “Looks like speed hacking,” every time the game will freeze, but not actually freeze. You’re able to keep moving but everything else is frozen then it’ll rubber and you back to where the lag started (which is a reoccurring issue). Then it kicks, not just me, but everyone playing with me for supposed “speed hacking,” it also does it when you’re standing still sometimes. I understand that there’s probably been a large issue with speed hackers, but this is just a little absurd. Also, you need a system for kicking and/or banning those who are spamming in chat and trying to sell a “tek account” and hacks, because it makes the game nearly unplayable with the massive, hacked in tek bases and millions of dinosaurs. Obviously, not every massive tek base is hacked in, but clearly some of them aren’t quite possible for how long they’ve been playing. But in the end, it’s still a good game, if not extremely buggy.

Suggestions

Make it so you don't need the damn ark pass to use the federation suit, I bought all of the maps with that bundle and I can't use it. Make it so there's ways to reduce lag further too, I love the game but its hard to love it further if I can't play it for too long cause of how quick it burns through battery.

Love but friendly fire is frustrating

Love the game! Although the one thing if I had to change anything is that you could disable friendly fire. Sounds like some other people as well as myself have easily killed tamed animals. I've killed almost every baby I've hatched because they are so fragile. And it's frustrating because they aren't always very easy to make. If not disabled then maybe used another button to do what you need to with the hatches separate from the same button as attack

It’s weird to me that every other review is “5 starts but…” and they don’t like the game much after all. I never even got to the game. Download took forever and was made worse by some stupid dodo game it kept trying to get me to play. No direction, no logic and no interest on my part. Game up on the download completely.
