i really enjoy this game and have been playing consistently, but I'm extremely frustrated after a recent game update caused me to lose all of my progress and start at the beginning. i contacted game support almost a week ago and still haven't received a response. in the meantime I've lost my streak, missed the Mickey and friends crate and am now missing out on the monsters Inc event because my original progress is gone. I would like to continue playing but need my original progress restored.

I love this game♡ I love that I am not sucked in for hours. I can set up the game in a few minutes then walk away. It is full of adorable DL characters with lots of options to pay for upgrades and characters, not mandatory. You can play without paying. Love that.

Use to be fun. Now if you don't check it constantly, you won't go up in happiness. If you aren't max in happiness, it will take you forever, like 6 months+, to get a character. Also, you never seem to get characters from the gem chests, you only get them when you buy them.Update: its gotten worse. Now it is pretty much pay to win and they just made the cost double. Wasn't worth $10 a character, definitely not worth $20 Another updated they added pins and they suck just another money grab

well, once again I find myself changing my review because once again the game was updated and now it just now it's stuck on the loading screen. instead of playing the new Monster's Inc event I'm stuck waiting to see if the game will be fixed. and of course Gameloft never acknowledges issues so we never know how long it will take. this has become a habit. their faq page is horribly out dated and you can't provide feedback anyways. been playing for multiple years for this

Love this game.the graphics are great. The issue that didn't let me access my game recently was fixed pretty quickly so I do appreciate the team managing the game. highly DO NOT recommended.... The ads throughout the game are absolutely insane. i can usually tolerate ads.. but you are dealing with them every 30 seconds to be honest.. especially if you are trying to collect items. unreal

It's Disney so what's not to like? Unlock your favourite characters and send them off to earn you the items you need to upgrade different characters.

I signed up for a life game the changes and that stupid match game that has to be played daily is a crock. the pins are dumb, especially no matches in multiple chests, the season is alright. Just because they procrastinated the thirty million magic is useless. now you have to start fresh and get medallions for land and can't be accumulated and land is a joke. I think I am done.

this game has amazing characters great detail and I love the music and the sound effects and the different activities that all the characters do ☺️ but ever since I have level up Minnie mouse to level 10 I keep getting her headpiece and I don't know why. (edit) when you are leveling up your character you get certain items from character activities,for instance pluto/Cinderella gave me Minnie mouse ear piece but since I leveled her up to level 10. I still get it and I don't know why. 🥺 thank you

I didn't mind when they added the awful and repetitive delivery mini-game into the game but now that they're forcing you to play it by adding weeklies that require you to complete the mini game 60/75 times (special requests don't even count!) I think I might finally be at my breaking point with this game and bidding it fairwell! If i wanted to play a match 3 game i would have downloaded one.

I've been playing this game for almost 6 years now. A couple of days ago, All my progress was deleted. I was on level 41 and had 116 characters. I didn't have enough storage on my phone to download new updates. so I uninstalled and reinstalled like usual. and my game was saved to my Facebook account. Now it isn't giving me the choice to log in with my Facebook and I have to start all the way over. I really like this game but I'm ready to just give up on playing now since this problem occurred.

You'd think a company as massive as Disney wouldn't need to incorporate that, just put bar ads, or just make a different profit model like many other apps that don't force ads. Since the second to last update THE GAME HAS BECOME UNPLAYABLE!! The initial in-app download is in an infinite loop and NEVER FINISHES. I have been playing this game over 10 years. It is the ultimate game for the Disneyaholic! Always something new coming. Yes it will get a glitch now and then, but the customer service is A1. They get back to you & compensate for the issues sometimes. They have Discord channels too, to ask questions etc... They are always open to suggestions too.

Buggy at times, character limits and land space limits are obviously there to stop slow down, but frustrating to have things and have to put them away all the time to make room for the next events space eating buildings. Pop up ads from company to ask.you to buy tokens for what ever character they just gave you, or chest to buy are frequent and annoying. Why buy more stuff if I don't have room for it?
