It's a fun game, but it takes too long to regenerate energy, and you run out quickly doing tasks, so if you want to keep going, you have to spend money, which takes the fun away. It takes a lot of energy to do one task; for example, if you need scarves, it's 237 energy points. it also take a lot to upgrade your little buildings you're unable to find stones unless you're paying.

i used to play when it first came out but stopped cause it was dang near impossible to level up and grow. now im on level 28 and growing at a good fair speed. love it. highly recommend. the only thing that is hard and i do not like is how much energy they charge for the events. 300 energy for 2 items for the task is just crazy to me.

Very fun game and addicting. The only thing I do not like and am about ready to quit over is the constant pop ups taking over my phone. It is awful. They take up the whole phone screen every time it pops up. So every move I make it causes a pop up of wins I made and most times more than one. Only Fun for a Minute

The game is fun for a brief time. Soon you get nowhere real quick and it gets boring. Everything costs a ton of energy and you get very little free. The free energy also takes so incredibly long to regain and you get so little of it you can’t complete tasks before your time runs out. Even the free energy treasure boxes you can only click on so many to watch ads for energy. If it takes an entire week to complete a single upgrade, count me out.

It's mind blowing to me they want 15 of some item that takes like 15 items to make and that's just for one of the ingredients. At first I liked this game. As I have progressed there are no supplies replenishing on the home screen, it now takes 2 or 3 keys to open a small chest. It used to take 1. Big Rip Off, It's addictive because it is a fun game. I played it for several years and the game got more and more expensive for less and less items. The last straw was when half of my stuff didn't show up and the snotty person I complained to told me that I did in fact get what I paid for. The one that I don't spend money on. The energy needed to chop items in the game is lower. The account that I spend money on. You have to use triple the amount of energy to chop items. Five star game. Every time I open this app and think, "I'll just play for a few minutes, or try and complete a new project" I end up playing the game much longer because I want to progress much more. Annoying money grab

I was scammed into playing this game and I see why they have to scam people into playing. It has so many pop ups trying to get you to pay for things that it’s insufferable. It has a ton of different games that let you jump back and forth quickly and while I let my kid play another game by this company initially I’ll be discouraging that because this kind of game is awful for kids. The game that forgot to be fun

This game is only entertaining when you have energy. You can’t do anything without it. Unfortunately for the players on a budget, there isn’t a free way to generate enough energy in the game to keep players hooked. The ads and links provide very little, and everything worthwhile is hidden hardcore in packages for purchase. Items are pretty much the same way. It’s like only being able to earn minimum wage and pay rent for a place in a moderate and safe area - you just feel like you’re grinding but there’s limits to your grind and some months you may not make rent let alone electricity. I’m here for 30 days for a gift card and then I’m out. I don’t recommend this one unless you have money to light on fire.

This game only cares about money!

I used to enjoy this game but it’s become incredibly frustrating! I’ve spent real money multiple times yet I constantly run out of energy making it near impossible to keep playing. The amount of energy you get for what you spend just isn’t worth it. On top of that the resources have become so expensive that progressing through the game feels more like a chore than something. Enjoyable. Every update pushes players to spend even more money just to make the smallest amount of progress. And customer support is extremely rude and condescending and snarky, I’m done making this people rich!

New Updates have ruined the game

I loved playing this game, would spend hours on it, but after an update that changed basically how the whole game played ruined it for me. You can no longer harvest materials off your island, you have to feed these stupid animals that give you no materials to build or upgrade your island. The bonus islands are the same way and all those materials are used on that island only no way to upgrade your island anymore which makes the game have no value to me anymore. Wish they never did that stupid update!

dumb. creators. why does neighbouring island have event resources? at least those should have home island resources. so people who don't have time to waste on events can just quietly play on the home island. and the most ridiculous part is, half the home island is covered in dumb stuff so nothing can grow!! i hate it. the neighbouring islands shld have home island resources. this is forcing people to do events. I truly do love this game, I have played daily for 3 years now. My biggest complaint is that you can NEVER get lucky when opening chest or purchasing stuff. For example if it says pay 0.99 cents for this and you could win X Y or Z you will NEVER will anything good. They will always give you the smallest thing available and you will not get anything better until you keep paying over and over. Like it's okay to let people get lucky sometimes. Money hungry people. I'm tempted to delete it. I've spent 100s of dollars. And they charge way too much energy for things. It's almost impossible to finish things without spending real money

Game is fun but, low daily energy given for daily use so you get stuck waiting to play the game. I want to play but can’t. The prices to purchase energy that’s not something I would do personally because, in the scheme of things I might come closer to paying for rubies or other parts of game but the energy should definitely be more available in a day. The keys are hard to come by and some of the parts of the game are confusing like the oars and cards part still don’t understand how to get or use that section of the game. Game was great, I’ve had it well over a year. You play by clearing things with “energy” and when you run out you have to wait until it builds back up. I decided I didn’t want to wait and was going to make a purchase of energy for $8.99 only to be charged $37.99. I have messaged the ai support thing and there’s nothing I can do to get the money back. Very upsetting.

It’s fun until you reach the higher levels and the max free energy is 120 but it costs 198 to get ONE of the many many items you need to progress to the next quest. Wish I could love this game!

At first it is fun. Lots of rewards of energy but as you move up through the game. It costs so much energy that you cannot proceed unless you pay. I wanted to love this game but and at first I would get lost in the game fir far too long but since I could still level up it was worth it. But now after mere minutes I can’t play any further I am out of energy. I made a couple of purchases but everything is so time consuming and costly that I can’t proceed. I have games that I commit long lengths of time to for years and almost daily but this is not going to be one of those games. The time waiting for resources and waiting for items I’m making to count towards upgrading is making it so I do not want to play this game at all. Too much time and it is hard to level up. I had a chance to earn a special gift outside of the game for leveling up to lvl 30 but I can’t continue playing I’m not enjoying this game enough to continue. I get nowhere for days and now I just want to delete the game back off of my iPhone. The cost versus reward is too far and few between I’m not enjoying this game anymore. I love playing games and this one is no longer any fun at all.

Expensive & manipulating

I got conned out of spending all my energy

I had a little cow head in an icon where there was a game inside the game to spend so much energy in order to get to this exploding planet. I’ve seen this before. I had a bank of energy and then I spent all of it plus. The game seemed to indicate that part of the completion reward was 6k in energy. At some point, I was in for so much energy, I figured I’d tough it out to the end to get the 6k in rewards. But all I got was a bird. This game is stacked against the player and it’s not fun. Like the endorphins from clicking are seriously offset by the drain on life. Add to it the seemingly unfair gameplay. I’m deleting this game. Peace!
