I loved playing this game I’m on it everyday. But I just reached level 9 and it won’t let me do anymore tasks or go any further in the game. The tip jar is at 19 dollars instead of the thousands like it was doing. I’m not sure if I reached the end of the game or what but this is the second time this has happened

At first, the game is really fun and worthwhile. Once I started the concert, I stopped being rewarded and missing $100k in rewards. There is no where in the game to report this. I hope they fix this or I quit!

Game is entertaining for about an hour. After that it gets repetitive and the ads are endless. Also, bugs make it so that you don’t get double the rewards for watching ads. You watch an ad or spend a gem and no rewards at all. Pass

I enjoy playing this game. I would like to report a few bugs. As you progress to the next two houses, the game starts to glitch. Either your workers don’t work they stand around, which is bad. The house where you’re outside when you’re doing the garbage truck and you put your extra supplies on the shelf it disappears when you reload into the game. I have spent money on this game. Hoping the bugs are addressed .

Game is highly pay to play and even when you play you don’t get the items it tells you and when using the gem function to speed or bonus it doesn’t give it to you but takes it from you money was spent on gems and they weee stolen I want my money back

The game get really glitch after leveling up to the second build. Bartender, tattoo shop and hired workers stop moving. Doesn’t allow to collect bonus points. I reported this issue and was told they would escalate to their tech team. 2 weeks later, still no fix. I deleted the app.

Game was alright. Seemed fun at first. It gives you a ton of things to unlock to improve your character, but then you realize there isn’t even enough content to unlock it all. You get like 3 or maybe 4 shelters and then it just doesn’t give you a goal to level up. Don’t waste your time. 90% of it is just ads and boringness

I have. Played this for a long time. In the second level, I cannot get the bartender to serve. I have no updates, no free spins….nothing!!! This is aggravating. Please look into this and fix it as soon as possible, please, please. Also, I have an ad every 45 seconds. I cannot keep playing and waiting to complete recycling tasks and such. Then, when it's fixed, I will go in and update my rating. Thank you.

It wouldn’t be a bad game, however calling the homeless on the game bums, hobos, dirty, beggars, etc. I think is very unnecessary and reinforces a derogatory perception of homelessness, especially in our country. It’s not a big deal until it’s you.

I have been playing this for a few weeks now. Then last week my playground workers have just started standing there doing nothing. Even if they were new or upgraded. Today all my rewards we becoming like “$10.” When I used to get thousands. My last recycle truck completed after one box and I got no reward. I did the merry go round and still no bonus money appeared. I hope these are addressed soon because I really did like this game.

Fun Game but I get adds every 5 minutes it seems like and a few minor glitches. In one of my flop houses my playground workers are not working. And a few other things. But so far nothing to bad that has made me want to stop playing.

Idk what happened but when I returned my bar workers are stuck in sleep mode, so I’m constantly having to go there to serve drinks and clean after. I’ve “Offload App” and close the game multiple but no luck. I really enjoy the game but this issue frustrates me.

Fun game and I’m ok with watching some ads I’ll even watch extra ads for bonuses but the sheer amount in this app is ridiculous. You get about 2mins of play time between each ad or you can pay real money to remove the base ads but you won’t be able to get the best upgrades without watching an ad even if you paid!! It’s disgustingly greedy

I love the game such good graphics not as glitchy as my perfect hotel maybe better in my opinion, but it feels like no it is the fact that every minute or two there is a stinkin ad. Other than that amazing. My advice would be to turn off WiFi while playing so you don’t have ads maybe, 🌸🪩💖🍓😋

I’m a genuine enjoyer and player of this game for a few months now. I have bought the ad free version so I have experienced with both. If you don’t spend money on the game, it’s borderline unplayable. Even when you upgrade the cleaners and helpers to max using diamonds, they still cannot keep things stocked in a timely manner which ruins the game experience a little bit because there’s not a satisfying game loop. I also think the game moves too slowly for someone who does not want to spend money on the game to enjoy even without the ads. Getting enough of the outfit tokens may take months. It doesn’t feel satisfying at all to start in a new shelter because it is the same exact rooms with the same exact stats and the same exact workers with some slight variations. Some of the paths that the player has to walk are also crowded by obstacles and a little hard to walk without getting frustrated and accidentally throwing an item out or buying something you did not mean to. This could’ve been fixed by more rigorous play testing. I do overall enjoy the game but for these glaring issues, I had to give it three stars. Especially since this is my experience having spent over $10 on this game.

I want to love the game as I love the concept, but I can barely play the game for all the ads they throw at me just in regular gameplay. I already watch ads for rewards and to speed things up so why is there an ad every few minutes during regular gameplay? And all the ads are really long. It just kills the game for me. I don’t know if I’ll play much longer. Overkill with the ads. Sucks the fun out of the game because you can’t play the game. LOL Come on guys… And I’ve been on the 3rd shelter for a while now and it doesn’t seem to go past that. *Sigh*

I just think it’s insane that I purchase the game so I can play ad free. I understand that some things you get double bonus or whatever as a reward for watching the videos but the adds are so long it irritating. It’s a fun mindless game but it’s not work paying for ad free if you are still spending more time watching ads than actual game play.
