bad design for the new sandrone outfit, they also removed Pulonia. The events are painfully boring with bad model animation, the rewards are bare minimum. the game is getting less and less optimization with every single updates

The game world is beautiful, indeed. I used to love it, still, but these days the storyline drags on for too long. New characters are overly OP and lack flexibility. With low rewards and a heavy grind, it takes too much time and is really not friendly for F2P or new players.

Sandrone design, weapon skin: Products are declining in quality and they have almost never truly listened to players' feedback and expectation. I rarely write review but Genshin is truly getting worse and worse. Really sad to have to write this one...

60 pulls are you kidding me... the amount of pulls you give us are not even close to the other games from your company, now thats a whole new level of greed. I'm deeply disappointed 😮💨 I hope that the developers would give us more rewards, make the designs and stories more interesting and lore deep not the waifu bait nowadays I sincerely love genshin and I hope you developers would put more effort into the game like in Honkai Star Rail and Honkai Impact

No resin overflow, there’s no skip button, no loadouts either, the pulls we get each patch are not even near close to the characters releasing during said patches, the restrictive team building is getting out of hand, constellations should be able to be toggled or at the least shouldn’t notify the player after it’s there the first time the player checks on it, IMPORTANT lore events are temporary so if you’re not an og you’ve missed A LOT.

the most notorious open world gacha, stinky rewards, devs barely improved the game QOL over 6 years, powercreep fest, most boring storytelling in the whole genre

Không tôn trọng thời gian người chơi bỏ ra, phải để dành ít nhất 2 bản để có được 1 nhân vật mình muốn, thêm thắt game mode không ai muốn chơi như MW để vắt thêm tiền của người chơi. Ít map mở rộng, map mở rộng thì bé tí 2 tiếng là xong hết, event thì cho "phần thưởng" không hấp dẫn, nói thẳng là dở tệ, ai thèm 1 cái skin vũ khí đổi màu từ một cái vũ khí event đã ra mắt trước đó? Mấy khứa nào mà vào bênh hoyo thì hãy nhìn sang HSR, ZZZ để xem bên đó người chơi được tôn trọng thế nào nhé

There is too little rewards for free 2 play users, especially when they have been a player for a long time, they will eventually run out of content to farm - from exploration to endgame modes and everything. Genshin, you can't be this greedy, look at Honkai Star Rail, their meta is absolutely doomed and broken, but they give out many rewards and content ( events, endgame modes ,...) in return, they give out free 5 stars, add more characters into loss pool, and guess what? they are still relevant
