Have you noticed something strange in the billiards game? I’m sure this happens in all games: sometimes I face opponents who hit the ball randomly, yet all their balls go into the required pockets. What is the explanation for this? This is a really bad glitch in the game that needs attention.

we play Trix a lot and one thing I noticed about shuffling cards is the cards given to players are not completely random, it's based on scenarios and algorithmed to give one or two players an advantage over the others, and there is always one player with the shittiest luck who gets dealt the worse cards all the time and ends up with -600 or -700 at the end of the game. So I can pretty sure say the game is not fair at all. Fix the shuffling system and make it completely random like normal.

- Zaid Hayder · v28.3.16

- Motaz Maher · v28.3.07

wasting of time. pay to play. before it was very good when the creater was the owner . After selling its just wasting of time with too many bugs, issues and unfair points. just find another similar app. it's my opinion.

This game is fun, but why does one person always get all the big cards in Trix complex? Can you please fix your system so that it divides all the cards equally? Everyone should get a mix of big and small cards. It's not fair that one person always gets all the A and J series.

- Wafaa Rizvi · v28.3.02

game is full of cheaters unfortunately

- ᅚ · v28.2.57

Customer support is completely useless and highly unprofessional! I submitted a fully documented report with solid evidence of an organized cheating network. After stalling for over 10 days, support closed the ticket with a lazy, generic copy-pasted template without resolving the issue at all. Don't waste your time or money on a game that ignores cheating reports and leaves cheaters completely unchecked.

The development team unlocked my account and said it was auto. It was a game that meant to be played in free time. This behavior still not acceptable to me and the chatbot should have told me to contact developers.
