About
Every health app promises to "make it a game." Then you open it, and the game is… A badge. Some points. A cartoon pet that claps when you drink water. New Game Plus is what they promised: an actual game. Real combat, real loot, a real character — all powered by your healthy habits. HOW IT WORKS 1. Clear daily health quests — water, steps, calories, protein, sleep, screen time 2. Quests pay out energy, gold, and gear — upgrade your hero with real stats and passives 3. Enter the Dungeon — spend your energy and climb to the top, putting your hero to the test DAILY QUESTS • Water, steps, calories, and protein tracking made easy through AI scanning • Sleep, steps and screen-time goals track automatically • Miss your quests and the coffers run dry — your habits determine your progress REAL COMBAT, REAL PROGRESSION • A full match-3 battle system, not a minigame bolted onto a tracker • Over a hundred levels each with a unique twist to the battle • Equipment with different rarities and synergies providing real build choices THE GYM IS A DUNGEON • GPS check-in turns every real gym session into loot • Unlock infinite energy in the dungeons, perfect for playing between sets SCAN YOUR MEALS • Snap a photo, scan a barcode, or describe a meal out loud — calories and protein logged in seconds PRIVATE BY DESIGN The screen-time and sleep quests use Apple's secure Screen Time framework. Everything runs on your device — we never see which apps you use or what you do in them. No ads, nothing sold to anyone; optional product analytics can be switched off in Settings at any time. Health targets are estimates, not medical advice. Terms of Use: https://newgameplus.health/terms
