Goodness gracious! I found this app to be super fun to play. I love the way I keep evolving the disease using DNA Points, and make sure I can handle normal and brutal difficulties if I can. This app is more awesome than the previous game I played "Patient Zero" unless something negative like bugs appeared in this app.

I have been playing for almost a year at this point and I gotta say, it's really good. I wish more game developers would actually respect and care about their community like how the developers of this game respects theirs (not forcing ads every 10 seconds or something like that). one question though, could you possibly add multiplayer co-op like in plague inc. evolved? anyways great game. money well spent!

I would say the gameplay is pretty interesting and I enjoyed seeing how the virus could be spread to other countries. However one element in gameplay disuades me so have to give a 2-3 star. The element is the ads. Now, the ads popping up isnt the problem, its the content inside of these ads. It is sexually suggestive. I do not know if the developers put up these ads or google, but they seem to be unskippable or unreportable. But if kids play this game and are shown these ads, parents watch out

Too much fun to play this. People think that this game spreads bad messages or is a negative game but if you rationally think about it you'll know that it helps us to understand different types of infections and how to prevent it from spreading. Amazing game! I have one suggestion: add a very short optional story intro using illustrations only (no cutscenes or dialogue). Show a secret "Plague Inc." lab before starting a plague, and a "Cure Team" command center before The Cure mode. It would make the world feel more alive without changing the gameplay. I think many players would love this!

Hello Plague Inc.! I love your game, it is so addictive to me, and after installing Rebel Inc. and After Inc. I have gotten addicted to ALL OF THEM, but there is some problems with the mobile version of Plague Inc. which first of all there is bo airport in greenland in the mobile version, and many more, and maybe (AND JUST MAYBE) could you just… CTR-C + CTR-V the PC and console version to the mobile version? it would make the game a lot more fun and addictive if you guys did that, LOTS OF LOVE!

Fun time waster and cathartic disease sim with a respectable, mostly non-intrusive freemium model. Biggest issue is that the special diseases just don't seem to function properly. I've had many games where it seems like the remaining population just become immune to being infected, enemy forces become unbeatable, or your upgrades have no effect. This makes every special disease a game of trial and error until you find the singular line of upgrades that let you win, killing replay value.
