About

Löyly-noir sauna sim. Keep the steam, mood and drama from boiling over.

Throw water on the stones. Read the room. Survive the drama. Saunamestari is a löyly-noir sauna management game soaked in Finnish black comedy. You run a village sauna and drag it from a leaky backwater shack all the way to Helsinki luxury — one steamy, chaotic shift at a time. Every shift, you juggle four meters at once: • LÖYLY (steam) — keep it in the sweet spot; too little and guests grumble, too much and they bolt • MOOD — happy bathers pay; miserable ones don't come back • DRAMA — let it boil over and the whole shift falls apart • WATER — run dry and the stones go cold Tap the stones, drag guests to their spots, and make split-second calls when a drama card lands. Granny Aino has buried three husbands and isn't scared of your steam. Reijo staggers in with a bag of beer and A Situation. The Quiet Man in the corner has been there longer than anyone can remember. WHAT YOU DO • Master the löyly across 10+ saunas, each with its own quirks • Meet a cast of gloriously grim Finnish regulars, each hand-painted in a melancholic style • Read drama cards and pick your poison — there's rarely a clean answer • Earn stars, upgrade your stove and sauna, and climb from a backyard shack to a Helsinki designer sauna • Collect regulars into your Hall of Fame, chase 63 challenges and 3 leaderboards WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT • Pick-up-and-play shifts — a round fits in a coffee break • Hand-painted art with a moody, melancholic soul • Dry Finnish humor that is very, very bad in the best way • No pay-to-win, no energy timers, no gacha. Just steam and consequences. FAIR MONETIZATION Saunamestari is free with ads between shifts. Don't like ads? A single one-time purchase removes them forever — that's it. Get the steam right. Keep the peace. Become the Sauna Master.
