You can play without real money but you will not be competitive in any event. A player would need to spend roughly $12,000 to be decently equipped. There are a lot of whales in this game. If you like redundant pointless clicking this is the game for you. Customer service is more than likely AI, either way pretty worthless. Good Luck.

after putting THOUSANDS of dollars into this game I could only hope that the devs with fix these bugs & do something - anything new with the game. It's like they abandoned this game and the player count keeps dying down. This game is overdue for an overhaul over the game mechanics, options, abilities, events, characters just something. The UI is completely outdated. This game hasn't seen any major changes in ages. It's a shame because I would pay even more thousands into reviving this game.

I love this game but...once you get to level 40 and have done all the research what's next. Yes you upgrade the medals, heros, equipment and training devices, so there is a way to increase your stats. I'd like to see HQs upgrade to level 50 with new research and new events. I stopped playing the game for a year becayse it got boring. I came back to the same stuff....except new gear, medals and heros. You know the stuff you have to pay for. King of Avalon did it, why can't you?

I am very disappointed in the developers in this game as they do not ban cheaters or hackers if I could give this rating zero stars I would... I reported to the in-game system about a cheater that we have in our kingdom and they have yet to do anything about him his base is invisible so how is that fair if they do not resolve this by next week... I spent over £300 during a Tapjoy/lucky day/fyber promo linked to Z Day by FunPlus, with a promised cash reward for reaching a level. I met the terms but never received the reward or a response. FunPlus failed to honour the offer or provide support. This shows poor treatment of loyal players. Very disappointing experience with the developer.

The game is simple but a good time killer. 1 suggestion. In the next update, or sooner if possible, I would recommend adding a hero expedition key pack or allowing players to buy exploration keys with gold. That way, there won't be hero expedition chests just sitting in players' inventory collecting dust. Please and thank you.

This is a great Game,I have been playing since 2017 very Addicted game but zday have drop the ball big time. Many issues for example 1.mpossible to open steel to upgrade equipment 2.forgot recruiting new war heroes because all zday gives you is old war hero in the recruitment centre so you must buy war heroes absolute a joke. 3. Even if you spend money to buy keys, the rewards is useless 🤢🤢🤢 4. Am still going to be playing this game and spending money on it sadly because am addicted to it..

Recently, I encountered many issues and problems with the game. I've been trying to login for the past few days, and I can't. The game is forcing me to start a new game account, while my 2 accts automatically disappeared. I tried to switch accts and it won't let me. I deleted the game more than 10 times, yet I can't login. I have been playing this game for over 4 years, and I have never encountered any problems until now. I get the impression that this was done on purpose. Many players quitted.
